I had an accident in December and I was a little nervous on how my car would look after fixed because I didn’t want uneven parts and colors to mix match. I am a little picky. But I can tell you,I highly recommend Finnegan Collision Center!! They will leave your car looking brand new, like nothing ever happened to it .I promise you won’t leave disappointed .There outstanding work exceeded my expectations!The team is very friendly and kept me informed what was going on with my car every step of the way. I've bought multiple vehicles from here so I just take them here for convenience. Absolutely horrible customer service. Took over a year for a fender & another part. Recently got into a wreck & its been over 3 months without getting my truck back. They will not return my calls.i will do business somewhere else from now on.

Took our truck in for an estimate. Was SHOCKED by how low it was. Got a second estimate (required for insurance) and FINALLY UNDERSTOOD why Finnegan was so low - they'd MISSED approximately 1/2 of what needed repaired!!! The staff was very nice, but boy would I have been hot to learn of this failure AFTER having the repair done!!!

Horrible. My vehicle was there 3 months literally. Smh. And still having problems but refuse to take it there. It was also someone there cursing and screaming at employees because they do not call back or update you about anything. And that customers vehicle was there over a month. Smh. I really hope you all do better . Sorry but I had to do this review because the whole process was ridiculous. Even the person handling my accident case stopped working there and I wasn't notified. Smh. Just kept getting her voicemail for over a week. It was truly an aggravating and stressful experience. I had to have an uncomfortable rental car for months.

Really thank God we had a flat close to them. Pulled up to s look at the tire and the service manager came out and asked what can we help with. Showed her our flat and she put her service man to work changing our tire. We waited inside till they were done. She came over we asked what we owe and she said nothing. Took forever to finish work they needed to be done when I picked up my truck I noticed a wind noise coming from the front door took it back to get fixed when noise returned after maybe two weeks. Terrible work done so much truck in the front suspension had to pay almost 1200 to get it, correct because the people who installed my front suspension did it incorrectly stay away from this place don’t waste your money or timeService: Body & Trim

Horrible experienceWe have been lied to for three months. Originly they quoted us 15k to fix "the frame" I finally went through insurance and they took 2 months for them to "fix the rail" They told me they were ordering the frame for two months and it was "backlogged. Thiis was a complete lie as the frame had no damage. It was the rail that was damaged which is a 2 week repair.When I finally got the jeep back (3 months later) the bill was only $5k. This colision center will milk insurance. They also gave me back my car with a tire pressure of 20 when it was supposed to be at 40. They also lost my tire hubcap and they refuse to call me back.I will be contacting General manager in order to let them know they have lied and have tried charging me $15k for something that is worth $5k. They were trying to steal money.Avoid at all costs. They never answer the phone and do not care about customers. I have already called Jeep headquarters about this experience.

Best experience ever. This is my second car repair, these fine people made it extremely easy and convenient, but most of all friendly. As consumers we expect decent customer service from all places, and I am surprised when a place goes above that, and Finnegan collision is definitely it. They have a simple website with details on your repair status, and the mechanic adjuster reaches out to YOU periodically to provide you with an update and to answer any questions. I don’t recommend many places, but I’m definitely recommending Finnegan to friends and family.

Took in my vehicle to get my doors painted under a warranty deal. The first time around they called me to pick up my vehicle I noticed that there were swirl marks. Pointed out the swirl marks on the area they painted and they told me that it was supposed to be like that. Luckily there was another vehicle just like mine in front and asked whoever I was speaking to to show me where the marks are supposed to be. We walked around and he couldn't show me. I asked to speak to the manager but the manager was too "busy" to speak to me. Oh and a side note there was a large amount of pollen inside of my vehicle that I definitely didn't have when I brought it in. So since they refused to repaint my car they recommended me to contact Stelantis to send me a new door. (That's how they were solving their issue). Took my vehicle to the service department door and they agreed that they needed to repaint the car after speaking to a manager on that side so they took it back to them. After 2 or 3 months and many visits later the vehicle is still not up to par as I expect a body shop that works with a dealer to be. Very upset with the work they didn't here. This has to be one of the WORST shops I have ever had the pleasure of working with the vehicle went in for a total of 2 months. Mind you this was after all the parts supposedly already arrived since I signed a work order this was a horrible experience. Tamyrah Hampton was the person in charge of my file and I’m amazed she still has a job after all of this. She doesn’t return calls, doesn’t give updates, and just forgets that her customers exist if I could rate her work any lower than one star I would. Trust me unless the shop is your absolute last resort DO NOT waste your time here. Amanda was the only one there that’s competent enough to do her job and the small part of my time there when she took over my file I had a good experience but as for the rest of the staff -5/5(Not to mention the car went into the shop with the s traction working perfectly fine and came out with a check engine light that was “from the previous accident”)Services: Painting

My car was at Finnegan Collision Center from November 8 2021 until March 1 2022..114 days! They were horrible at communicating and I was the one who had to call for updates. My car needed front and rear end bumper work. (Majority was the rear end) After seeing the 2 estimates sent to my insurance company, I noticed nothing was mentioned about the front bumper, so I had to call and remind them to please get an estimate on that as well. My insurance then sent a 3rd payment in December for the front bumper. January, they were still waiting for "one" part to come in before they could reassemble my car. February, I was told by the manager the person who was assigned to my car was no longer working there and he was cleaning up his mess. He said they needed to order a couple more things and then my car would be finished within a few days. Feb 23rd the manager told me my car was being detailed and then he would look over it to make sure everything looked good and I could pick it up that day. As I was looking over my car that afternoon, I noticed they had not even touched the front bumper. I went inside to speak to someone and the manager came outside and said he didn't know about the front bumper (even though the first 3 items listed on the "work completed invoice" were regarding the front bumper.) I had also asked for my car to have a "state inspection" which didn't get done either. The manager did refund some of my deductible I had to pay and gave me a loaner car while they completed the unfinished work. A week later I was finally able to pick up my car. After I got home, I noticed the nameplate was left off. I understand we are all human and make mistakes but after so many things were "overlooked, forgotten and not completed" it makes me wonder, what else wasn't completed that I can't see? Had a couple of small dents in the truck from being hit by an awning caught by a wind gust. Took this in, it was parked in the outside lot where water poured in through a leaking light that Finnegan apparently didn’t fix right the first time. I was then called a week later, told it was out of paint and would be ready Thursday or Friday. I called Friday to make sure it was ready and was told it was still being reassembled and probably wouldn’t be done by the end of the day, but would be ready Monday. As I did Friday, I took Monday afternoon off so I could make it to drop off the rental and then back over to Finnegan before 6. Called again today / Monday. 2 hours later I got a call back that said they were moving it to reassembly and it would be ready Wednesday. This company obviously lies to its customers. If you have any real damage, your warranty would expire before they ever got the work done. It’s been 2 weeks on a small dent that’s not even done yet. Overall my experience with this shop was bad. Car was taken in for hail damage and the repairs were poor(missed damage and panels not aligned). Also the shop damaged the paint and interior of the car. Shop did not even reassemble the car completely leaving out pieces in the trunk. During the over 2 months it took to complete the repairs Randy provided little updates and ignored my attempts to contact him.Service: Body & Trim

My experience with Finnegan Collision was exceptional. I brought my car in for an estimate on work that needed to be done after I had someone back into my car. When I walked in I was greeted immediately by Max Diaz. He explained the process to me and went over all of the charges and what they were for. I had many questions and he was very patient. His estimate was about the same as a collision center that is closer to my house but because he explained it all to me and made me feel comfortable I decided to choose them to fix my car. I was sent updates throughout the process which I appreciated very much! After a few days I was told that my car was ready to be picked up. It looked great!! Like brand new, you couldn’t tell that it had been backed into. I was also pleasantly surprised that my car had gotten cleaned up!!! It was such a plus! I will be sure to used Finnegan’s Collision center again if I am ever in need of a repair! Highly recommend!!!Service: Body & Trim
