Made an appointment for Thursday, brought it in and was told that it was in a “que” and wouldn’t be able to look at or diagnose it until the following Monday. Whats the point of an appointment. My vehicle has an extended warranty and I was not able to get a rental (off site) until the vehicle had been diagnosed. Needless to say, I took my vehicle elsewhere and will never take it back. Finnegan’s lack of qualified mechanics is not my problem.

When I say Brandon at Finnegan Buick was a breath of fresh air, thats an understatement! I was looking for a new Buick SUV and every dealership left me feeling hopeless and ripped off with thousands in random fees. I searched the SUV on the Finnegan site at maybe 3pm, had a no haggle quote by 3:30 and completed my paperwork drove down after work and had my car by 7:00! What an awesome salesman Brandon is and a great dealership!
