Had a appointment to have a blower motor looked at. Told it would take five days to get a diagnosis, and had to leave the vehicle there for the five days. Then had leak in the hatchback of my jeep. Had an appointment and dropped it off on a Tuesday before I left the state and they never even looked at it till Friday or Saturday. They still have it and don't even know when I will get it back. They don't have loaner cars anymore or pay for rentals. What company makes you leave a vehicle on their lot for five days without even looking at it. The only thing they are good and fast at is oil changes. Wouldn't recommend getting an service done there unless you need an oil change.

I brought my vehicle ( 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 to the dealership ( Finnegan Chrysler Jeep, Dodge) for repair on the brake system because the check system light was on. I spoke with given to a coordinator Sammantha to work with. I was told that the vehicle would need a 48hr diagnostic turnover time. I had to I called back 3 days later and was told that they would call me back later that day. I did not receive a call. I went back to the dealership a day later and was told the vehicle needed a Hydraulic Control unit for the brake system and was given a guaranteed estimate of $1,405.25. I agreed with the estimate and told the coordinator that I wanted to go ahead with the repair. Three days went by I called to check on the repair. I was told that the technician was on lunch and that the coordinator would call back later that day. I did not receive a call. I called two days later to ask for a progress report. I finally was told the part was put on and tested and they found a leak that was causing the problem. I said the vehicle was not leaking when i brought it in. The coordinator told me that they need to change another part and that i would be extra to do so. I stated that I would not pay extra for a misdiagnosis. They stated i needed to pay them for the partial repair before I can get the vehicle back. This is the reason I am filing this complaint this needs to be looked into. I paid them to get my vehicle back and had to pay an extra $3000 to fix my vehicle on top of their repair bill that did not solve the problem but made things worse. I don't advise the patronage of this dealership they are not trustworthy.

Customer service and the GMC services department was great 5 star services, however they did not repair my car after having my vehicle for a month I went in there with my AC not blowing my stability track light on and my power steering indicator popping up I picked up my car a month later with the same exact issues and them saying that they saw no problems after I told them it randomly comes on and off I did not feel like invalued customer I requested the communicate to a manager no call back the worst car repair. I will not be taking my car back here again.
