They don't give top dollar but what pawn shop does but they will take items and no other pawn shops will and when you need they will help you out just like they did for me today so if you're in Rosenberg Texas make this one your first stop before wasting time anywhere else

Went in to get a loan on some rings. The employees were very friendly. Sergio was very helpful to me and I was pleased with the service. Would highly recommend! Nothing bad about this place.

The gentleman that looked at my jewelry had no knowledge of what he was doing , He assumed I was in dire need of money for 2 necklaces that I would just take 30.00 for both How stupid of him to even suggest that. You need to get this guy out of your store all of them for that fact it won't be long before those doors shut, by the way I just wanted to get rid of the necklaces wasn't in desperate need at all. I went to a real dealer and received way more sir you're not educated enough to scam anyone. Took you 10 minutes to find out if it silver and gold necklaces were real. You are a piece of work, and need an attitude adjustment. Please don't go here go somewhere else where you can be respected and get more for your assets. This place is horrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrible to the 100th degree.

I went in with a friend to help walk them thru the experience of getting a Pawn shop loan. (Hey, I've been there before. No shame in my game.) Anyway I want to shout out Sergio. He was professional, knowledgeable and very fair. They offered fair prices and was extremely easy. I'd definitely recommend this place.

If I could give zero stars I would. this place is totally dishonest and the employees are down right dirty. The was a gentleman who tried to grab a firearm off my hip. (no type of signs stating in cannot enter with a firearm) And when I jumped back and ask what he was doing he said its there store policy to take all firearms behind counter until you leave. Then had nothing. to say when I asked for proof and he had none. Said at door NOTHING. he said on wall Nothing

Worst customer service. As well as just manners. The one lady helping us with the Steelers mask on was not only rude to us but to her coworker Deloris. After walking out quoted $54 for things we later sold for over $300 Deloris was the only good thing about this location. You go Deloris!
