No car/no warning - I called the day before to reserve a car at 8 AM. When I arrived at 8 AM, I was told I was not in the system. So odd, as they called me the day before with demands that I call the insurance company to upgrade the vehicle. The insurance company agreed to update the vehicle, but somehow the scheduled time of 8 AM had been lost. Apparently, they were looking for more customer payment instead of customer service. The car scheduled for 8 AM would not be ready for 2 PM - I was told that the car scheduled for 8 AM would not be ready until 2 PM. This came even though I had spoken with them twice over the phone. Keep blinds closed - When they did not have the car ready, I had to call up my wife to pick me up. I opened the blinds so I could see out when she came. I was quickly reprimanded for opening the blinds. Is it possible that they close all the blinds just keep customers from walking in? After all, that would be more work for them. This was a dark and rainy day when they insisted on keeping the blinds closed. Musty car with 3 quarters full only - When I finally received a car, not the type I had requested, it was musty and dirty. The tank was only 3 quarters full. I was told to return in 3 quarters full. Not exactly sure how to do this, or even if I should, as there was a tendency to forget everything else at this location. There were other problems. Unfortunately, a very unprofessional service.

Just rent it this morning, and the car they gave me the transmission was busted. The car didn't go more than 40mph nd the rpm was at 7 all the time. The computer was not working when in reverse. Called and was told that I needed to pay for an upgrade, a came in with the car an a nice front office person was kind a their was a car available and she gave it to me. Let's see how it goes. They need to give the person answering the phone some customers service training.

I would not recommend this establishment. I rented a vehicle here for about 20-22 days. I gave 100 dollar deposit, paid toll fees x2 (receipts after each time paid, said zero balance when received in email). I received notice about those. I also was just billed 177 dollars on top of my deposit, without notice. I received no email or any indication as to why i was billed 177. I called customer service and they cant find the charge, and could not help me. I talked to another chat agent and they said my insurance didnt pay 5 dollars a day for my rental and that why my bill was 277... 5 dollars a day by 20 day rental is not 277. I am waiting for someone to call me, they are aware that they need to call me, because My credit card seems to be billed as a bank? I would not recommend this establishment at all. Not a good feeling to be treated like this.

Terrible!! This is the condition of the rental I was given. Obviously never cleaned from previous use. The ladies were very sweet but had no clue what they were doing.

this car rental place has got to be the worst place I have been too.. my flight was canceled 8 hours before my flight on Christmas Day and I couldn't find a flight out from California to get me back home to Texas went to enterprise car rental and they wouldn't help me because i didn't have a major credit card, they wouldn't make any expeditions , let them know I did have a credit card but my father had passed away and we max it out for funeral cost but still they didn't care at all.. they were horrible in our time of need .. I had my debit Crdit card and they would take it at all. they were going to get paid no matter what but they didn't care, from the I went to budget car rental and they helped me out with my debit card .. I will never go to enterprise ever again... lots of flights were canceled and they should of made an exception but they didn't

Alexander was rude. The team lacked communication minus one woman on their team. I was scheduled to swap out my rental car for a more affordable one since all they had at the time of my pick up was more expensive vehicles and when I arrived during the designated time, I was told they don't have any cars. Instead of trying to help me figure out a solution, Alexander kept asking me why I wanted to even swap my car out in the first place as if it was an issue. I would've appreciated if someone called me to let me know there were no cars available before I drove far out of my way for no reason. Now, out of nowhere I have been charged $164 with no explanation and I haven't even turned in the car yet. This location has been a headache to deal with. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere if you have the choice.

The absolute worst customer experience I've ever had in my life!! I've had to deal with this location twice and both times were the worst! They are NEVER there and you have to wait hours and valley another number to get help. I've been there 6 times this month trying to get a rental and allll those times there is no one there. After finally getting someone to show up there, they say they have no rental cars. I wish they would shut this location down inside of Legacy Ford or partner with another company because they are giving the Ford Dealership a bad reputation and terrible customer service and experience. If you're not going to staff the location, close it.

Terrible service. My son was there over an 1 1/2 and representative ever showed up. I called customer service and my sin had to go to another location since employee decided to take very long lunch leaving the office unattended.

No one picks up the phone. 0 customer service. I wouldn’t even make this your last resort if you had to.
