Trash ... I've been calling for a week straight stayed hrs on the phone for a representative and NOBODYYY answers . I'm not looking to rent a car I don't need too BUTTTT I've gotten charged already 3 times by this place for noooo reason I've never ever stepped foot here soo why am I getting charged? Been trying to get somebody to help me but no help found. GARBAGEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!

i am very disappointed with this location. I gave a 300 deposit which was supposed to be credited to my account. i Just realized that they never credited my account. i Made my drop off after having the car for one day. First they said they would get back with me, which no one did, then called them again to inquire, they were very rude and very condescending implying that i kept the car for four days. I will sure follow this up. This is modern day stealing. People work hard for their money and businesses like this steal from people just because they feel they can. I will follow this up until i receive my deposit. Be very careful renting from this location and be sure to look at your bank statement because this is very unacceptable

I chose this location because of the proximity to my home, but it was a decision I quickly came to regret. If I could give zero stars, I would. My pickup time was 8a on Jan 9th. I got there about 7:55a and I waited in my car until 8a. I approached the door, but to my surprise it wasn't open. After a few minutes a gentleman came from the side of the building and asked if I was picking up or returning. I responded, picking up. He then explained he didn't work at this location, but someone would come and assist me if I knocked on the door. He further stated 2 employees were inside, but they didn't have keys to open the front door. That gave me pause. How can you be inside and not be able to open the door....strange. I thanked the man for the info and proceeded to knock on the door. My first knock didn't yield any result, so I knocked again - louder and longer. Finally a lady came to the door and pulled the blinds. She said that she was unable to open the door because they don't have keys and I needed to come back at 9a. At this point, my level of annoyance was at a 10. After a few minutes, more customers showed up and I shared my experience thus far with one of them. After that exchange, I went back to my car so I could call customer service. I spoke with a really nice man named Justin and he too didn't understand why they weren't able to open the door and/or give useful information. Justin explained that the branch mgr was notified and to expect a call. It's now 5days later and I'm still waiting on that call. While sitting in my car, I noticed that the same lady who came to the door when I knocked came from the side of the building with her tablet and she proceeded to assist a customer, who I later realized was returning a car. She did not attempt to assist any other customer outside of telliing them the door couldn't be opened and they should come back at 9a.It was now 8:40a when I saw the door open and I gentleman walked out and went to the drop box, which was a few steps from the door. At this point, all the other customers had left. I walked into the location about 8:45a and the same gentleman was in the phone. I waited patiently. After a few minutes he came to the counter and asked if I had a reservation, I said yes and gave him my name and driver's license. As he is looking up my reservation, I asked him, "so why were we inconvenienced?" He proceeded to explain that they didn't have the keys to open the drop box, as this location solely relies on returns to service customers. He had to leave to go to another coworkers home to pick up said keys. My response was, "so you guys don't have a working printer where you could've typed up a notice to post on the door, so customers would at least have an idea as to what was going on." His response, "we didn't think about that but I guess that would've been smart to do." Yah think! He continues to pull up my reservation and then has the nerve to ask me for a copy if my company's insurance, because it shows that the extra protection was declined. Really? You've already inconvenienced me and now you're asking for my company's insurance. He could see that I was irritated and said, "it's okay if you don't have it."It's now 8:50a....remember, my pickup time was at 8a. He walks me outside and proceeds to show me what was available. After I decided on the car, he then explains that he needs to check in the car and then clean it. My blood was boiling....another delay. He asked that I wait inside until he was done. Another 10-15mins went by and then he came back inside to say he was finally ready to check me out. We did the walk around and documented all the damage. Upon completing the rental, he said, "my name is Bryce and I'm sorry for the wait." I think I drove off the lot around 9:15a/9:20a. Needless to say, I was late for my 9:30a mtg. I have been using Enterprise for 10+ yrs and this by far has been my worst rent

Really hope to not have to use them again. The location is very odd. They are in a storefront of a center with other random businesses. Initially staff wasn't exact in informing me of their hours and that they don't do customer pickups on certain days or at specific times. They are under staffed overall. Every time I call I wait on hold for 30 plus minutes. Their inventory is low. Cars aren't as clean as they should be or properly inspected before being rented. I had to take my first vehicle back after my husband noticed a slit tire. The staff was quick to contact me when the insurance put in an end date and they thought that they would stop paying but I couldn't get a hold of them when I needed to. They even went as far as to try to charge my personal card before they got ahold of me. My insurance quickly etended and covered what they attempted to charge me for. My rental was over on Sunday but because they aren't open and due to their drop off policy I had to take my vehicle back days early. After arriving the branch manager was sweet and appologized and offered me an extension but I had already been highly inconvenienced and had to catch a ride to drop off early. PRIOR- I repeatedly asked the staff if there was anything I could do to keep the vehicle because my repair was going to take another 2 days, they are very far from me, I need to get my son from school- and they offered me nothing. Unfortunately the mangers offer came too late and they left me with no other choice but to catch rides from Rosenburg and back a different day to get my vehicle from the shop that is near them.

Had the pleasure to rent a vehicle and was well served by Jason and Gwen. Another guy did help as well but I didn't catch his name. Just his cowboy hat. Everyone was very pleasant to speak with. Great customer service from everyone in the office. Super cute decor in the office and very clean detailed truck they helped me get into. Thanks for making it easy while I was going through a difficult time.

No car/no warning - I called the day before to reserve a car at 8 AM. When I arrived at 8 AM, I was told I was not in the system. So odd, as they called me the day before with demands that I call the insurance company to upgrade the vehicle. The insurance company agreed to update the vehicle, but somehow the scheduled time of 8 AM had been lost. Apparently, they were looking for more customer payment instead of customer service. The car scheduled for 8 AM would not be ready for 2 PM - I was told that the car scheduled for 8 AM would not be ready until 2 PM. This came even though I had spoken with them twice over the phone. Keep blinds closed - When they did not have the car ready, I had to call up my wife to pick me up. I opened the blinds so I could see out when she came. I was quickly reprimanded for opening the blinds. Is it possible that they close all the blinds just keep customers from walking in? After all, that would be more work for them. This was a dark and rainy day when they insisted on keeping the blinds closed. Musty car with 3 quarters full only - When I finally received a car, not the type I had requested, it was musty and dirty. The tank was only 3 quarters full. I was told to return in 3 quarters full. Not exactly sure how to do this, or even if I should, as there was a tendency to forget everything else at this location. There were other problems. Unfortunately, a very unprofessional service.

The customer service was great. I was charged for a full day rental for a vehicle due to me putting the keys in their drop off box 5 minutes after they closed. I was disappointed in the charge. Kept calling the Rosenberg office to understand the charge. No one answered or called back. Just be aware.

I could never get anyone to answer the phone. I called at different times on different days & would be on hold for 5+ minutes waiting for someone to pick up. When I went in person, there were two ladies working very hard keep up with the people in the office. They were very nice & did not rush any of the customers, so I could see why the phone may not have been answered the times before. This location definitely needs more support.

I was again amazed at how easy they made a car crash become. Helpful from the moment I first called, although I would prefer my feelings hurt and be well-informed (they were delaying calling me back because I lived 0.2 outside their permitted pick-up radius....all of us could have been saved a headache if they just said this.)

Just rent it this morning, and the car they gave me the transmission was busted. The car didn't go more than 40mph nd the rpm was at 7 all the time. The computer was not working when in reverse. Called and was told that I needed to pay for an upgrade, a came in with the car an a nice front office person was kind a their was a car available and she gave it to me. Let's see how it goes. They need to give the person answering the phone some customers service training.

I've rented from this location 5 or 6 times in the past year and a half. Every experience is always excellent. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable and hardworking. They are an amazing crew and they deserve all the praise possible!

I can not recommend this location enough EVERYONE is so so sweet and helped me with my toddlers car seat the whole time. And didn't make me feel bad when my toddler was crying around nap time. They really made a stressful situation better. Thank you so much guys!
