Won’t let me get my nails done… and refuse to give service without explanation!!!

Came here to get pedicure only wanting regular nail polish after being asked so many times " I can do you nails for you" " shellac better for feet" and as soon as she started she hurt my cuticle enough to jerk me back and say "shit." I could not relax after that and as soon as she starting cutting skin she kept going deeper and deeper on my side toe until I had enough to make her stop because once again she hurt me. I noticed several things wrong here besides waking up with my side toe infected. #1- she dropped the scrub sponge on the floor and picked it back up and used it instead of getting a new one. #2- she used the same gloves that she's working on my feet with to grab foot scrub from the container. Now as I write this review I'm wondering if the clippers she used were even sterilized...... smh

DO NOT waste your time or money at this unclean salon. Beware of tools not being cleaned after previous customer. Nail techs rush through the service, resulting in a terrible job done. Came in for shellac and it only lasted FOUR days. Nail techs get offended and argue when you ask for corrections from mistakes made by them. Horrible, horrible salon. They are not deserving of even 1 star.

Took my wife and daughter to get acrylic nails done and they were completely satisfied with the service they offer at this location.Nice,respectful,and courteous staff and an overall calm and relaxin environment (my wife and daughter were pleased)

I come here when I have the opportunity to take my time and relax.
They are usually pretty good about taking you in on time if you scheduled in advance and from my own experience, they don’t rush to get you out.
They take the time to do a good job on your hands and feet the massage is pretty good at the end of mani-pedi.
Pretty clean and prices are reasonable.
Overall, a good place to get yourself pampered.

Great service and very onest I left my wallet and went the next day and receive it back the guy wich I dont know his name but he did my nails Im very happy with his work.I definitely will be going back ?

Poor customer service. Poor skills. Just rude. A customer knows when she is being rushed, and I was! On top of being rushed, the OLDER, MEAN LADY was hurting me. My nails are super thin, and I'm sure they will break off in a few days. DO NOT GO HERE -- period. I was trying something new by the house. Desperate and in need. SKIP THIS SPOT. Try a different one.

I've recently moved to Rosenberg and was looking for a new place to get a full set and pedi if looking to get a beautiful french tip i DO NOT recommend this place mine was horrible the owner got upsdey after i told her i did not like them the line was super bad ive never had a french tip done with powder and shellac but it was absolutely horrible !! after telling her i did not like it she recommended to cut them of i agreed but she did not want to remove the remaining of the acrilic she just cut the tips. and addition she charged me an extra $10 to remove the acrilic!! My pedicure was rushed through had shellac on my cuticles and a little debris on one of my nails I had to ask the lady to fix and clean my cuticles
