Store had lots of empty shelves. Store was a mess. Cashier had no personality or customer service qualities about her. I usually have good experiences at Dollar Tree Stores.

Lately, there just seems to be too much going on. The "party" section isn't what it use to be. No decorations such as bows, streamers, etc. Its been hard finding some of what i need but i think it could just be a shortage of things. Too many customers, not enough employees on the register. I will say the employees who are there are doing a great job at dealing with it and are keeping great attitudes. Today I went through Preston's line and he was very personable, friendly and wasn't overwhelmed with the extremely long line he had to deal with. Overall not bad and I will be back.

Since when is there a limit on items at Dollar tree? It's first come first serve. I came in this morning 1/29/24 and came across a deal so I grabbed as much as I could then to be told by the manager "I can only do 10." There was no sign near the items about a limit or any sign anywhere in the store stating they now limit items per customer.

They extend their hours for the holidays, and then change them on New Year’s Eve, and opening late for no reason. When there’s workers inside, they literally make us wait till 9 AM till they open while they were looking at us straight through the window and doors!

This dollar tree is on the dirty side. It is small and gets crowded. It's unorganized and not well put together like other locations.

Poor service. Cashier was hesitant on checking us out for no reason. Said his lane was close but kept checking out other customers.. guess our money isn't good here.
