I was robbed here yesterday. I purchased a couple of items from their 50% discount merch and instead of the cashier honoring the discount price she charged me the full price. They don't do this at their other Rosenberg location near the gym. Be careful when buying things here. They are scamming people

This is my favorite location, a bit cluttered but clean. Employees are sweet and friendly. My only issue is that the prices aren't always the price listed on the item. Yesterday I found a product with a "Buy one at full price get the second 50% off" well when the cashier rang it up it wasn't. She was charging me full price for both. When I informed her that it was listed as that she called the manager because I didn't want to buy both. I told the manager about the listing price and she was nonchalant and either didn't know or didn't care. I worked as a stocker before so I knew the barcode number matched what was listed on the price tag. I'm assuming it was an outdated listing price that wasn't removed. I was honestly a bit annoyed but one bad experience isn't enough to keep me away. It's a great location and very welcoming.

I Waited forever in line. The employee need more training. People were walking out. The whole time we were waiting they only helped two people and their was two cashiers. If you have time to wait visit this place if not. I recommend going else where.

Nice friendly service. Workers are always helpful. They stay busy stocking, organizing but never to busy to be unhelpful. I go in not knowing how to do something and they take the time out to fulfill my tasks. This has happened every time I visit that particular store. I've had a great experience with all of the workers. I could go on........
