I was advised to reach out to Randy at Discount Hitch to help me fix a bad install on my 2024 Bronco. He was able to trouble shoot and replace the bad wiring. They provided excellent service and I highly recommend Discount Hitch for all your needs.

Absolutely AMAZING service! We drove 3 hours from Rockport to Houston to get 5th wheel hitch from PPL. When they totally screwed us over I made a last ditch effort and called Discount Hitch & Truck Accessories. We were 30 minutes away from them and they were closing in 15 minutes. They stayed open for us, loaded the 5th wheel hitch in our truck AND made sure it fit properly! What INCREDIBLE customer service. THANK YOU, JOE for taking such great care of us. With a hurricane coming...they literally saved our 5th wheel. THANK YOU, DISCOUNT HITCH AND TRUCK ACCESSORIES!!!!❤️❤️❤️

Have had nothing but bad luck with discount hitch, first had a transfer tank installed on my truck 1 day later the pump shorted out. Luckily it was under warranty, first time it was installed they spilt diesel all over my brand new truck. Then the following week the pump was replaced and they must of been spraying each other like Zoolander in the back of my bed cause it’s puddles all over my bed. Sloppy work on there end.

First class customer service! Randy was such a pleasure to work with! He was kind, courteous, and treated me like I was the only customer they had. Not only was he knowledgeable for the exact parts I needed for my fifth wheel hitch, he followed up when he said he would!

Randy the sales guy has some serious issues.I called on 2-29-2024 at 4:10pm asking for a Tilting 2” cargo basket and the sales guy said they have one but it’s in the back warehouse but they closed at 4pm, I said ok I’ll call tomorrow.I called the next morning and to confirm they indeed have the tilting basket, and spoke to a guy name Randy, he said No they don’t have a tilting basket and do they do not carry a tilting basket…I said… ok thanks and ended the call.I went on DH website to see if they carried the Kuat swing away adapter after seeing one on YouTube, and the DH website said they did.So I called Randy back and asked if they carried the Kuat swing away and he said no they can’t get it, I said I’m on Discount Hitches Website and that’s where I got the part number from, then he said well we can get it but it’s not a item we stock.??? !!!I felt uneasy at this point about what I felt was unconcernedness and a hint of Hostility… so I asked for his name for the record, and then he asked me for my name, then he asked me for my last name. I’m like what! What’s your problem?Randy hung up on me.My feelings were correct, Randy for some reason lost his composure and professionalism as a person who deals directly with DH customers, which should never happen.I wanted to educate Randy about presenting DH customers with the Alternative option to a Tilting Basket and well it didn’t go so well…I will be finding a alternative store for any of my future needs…
