This CVS has the nastiest bathrooms. Smells like pee. So dirty. Even my children made a comment about how bad it smells like urine. Do better and clean the bathrooms!

You call the pharmacy and the answering machine tells you that they open at two for lunch, when you call at two, the person who attends you in a bad way tells you to call at 2:30 because they need 30 more minutes

Bottom line the most ridiculous pharmacy to waste your timeDrive thru is the worst and evidently RX discounts cannot be applied while you’re in drive through. Go figure! I’d drive a few extra miles to get my pharmacy needs taken care of elsewhere

Deondra has the worst customer service ethic ever!! Over talking me, asking me a question and not giving me a chance to answer but calling out the wrong dang medication and not freaking listening was something to ponder…who took your test?!! I’m assuming she’s just a tech but by all means think as a medical professional and behave as such!

They need to improve their service tremendously. I get that they have self check out, but at least have one person at the regular check out the sales people just be conversing with other coworkers and having a great time while people are waiting in the self check out online instead of just helping people with the regular check out.... Not to mention the way that I've heard over several times that they like to profile people of color and constantly ask them if they need help finding anything even if they've already said several times that they don't need help and or following them towards certain part of the store.

I picked up prints purchased online from the photo center. The employee handed them to me and said nothing. The prints were terrible quality.

The pharmacist tech named Kay was the rudest person I dealt with to get a status of medication for my parents prescription. No customer service skills whatsoever and I asked her to speak to a supervisor she hung up my call. CVS please do a better a job in training your employees.

There is a black woman with reddish braided hair that works at the pharmacy that shouldn't be working there. The few times she has given me my prescriptions, she has been very rude. Her customer service is a zero. And just today, telling my mom about how unprofessional that lady is, my mom asked me to describe her and when I did, she said that yesterday, she went to get her prescription and that same arrogant, unprofessional lady gave her attitude just because my mom asked her if she could cancel a medication that she hasn't been taking. I don't get why she's working at a place where she has to provide service to people if she doesn't like providing service to people.

CVS takes my insurance and this is the closest CVS to me, so I'll probably still get my prescriptions there, but I'm going to make every effort to get my vaccines at a different location in the future. They were actually okay the other times I've been there for a vaccine, but today was an unpleasant circus. First I had some questions in addition to my vaccine, but the person I was talking to said that she couldn't answer them but the pharmacist would when he gave me my vaccine. Okay, fine. Then they asked if I had filled out the forms online. I had to tell them multiple times that I made the appointment by telephone, because the CVS website would not allow me to make it online, and I had not received either a text or an email with a link to fill out the forms, so of course I had not filled out the forms. By the way, the person who asked this was the pharmacist on his way to give me the vaccine. Then the original person I talked to gave me printed forms and said it was her bad not to have given them to me when I arrived. Yes, it certainly was. Then the pharmacist gave me my vaccine and told me they came in packs of four and therefore he was wasting three doses like that was my fault. It's not my fault if the manufacturer has this stupid packaging. Then when I rolled up my right sleeve he said oh you want it in your right arm like it was inconsiderate of me to want it on the opposite side from where he was sitting. Last I heard you could get a shot in either arm that you wished. Then I asked him my questions, and he said he would come back and answer them. I spent the waiting time doing some things on my phone, so at least it wasn't wasted. I think I gave him about 5 minutes and then went up to the counter. One of the things I wanted was for my primary care physician to be in my records so that she would be sent my vaccine information. He claimed he couldn't find her in the system. She was there. Then he said he couldn't add her because I didn't have any maintenance medicines with her. I said what??! He finally condescended to add her, I think. I don't actually trust that he did. Then when I tried to ask my second question he said oh I have to go give another vaccine. Needless to say, I thought to myself, well you'd have time to answer it if I hadn't been sitting twiddling my thumbs for 5 minutes. I stood there a while waiting to see if someone else would come and see if I needed anything, but nobody else did. So I said screw it, out loud, and left. As I said, it is not my intention to return to this location for vaccines in the future. I think you can see why. It's too bad because my previous vaccines here have been just fine. I'm pretty sure I got them from a different pharmacist, although I must admit to not paying particular attention to the faces or the names. It seems unlikely, though, that the same pharmacist could be very nice one time and such a jerk this time, so I'm 99% sure the nice pharmacist was a different one.

Pharmacy Staff need to improve their costumer service! Very disappointed with this location. One time i have to pick up a medication using GoodRx, they are charging me a higher price than what was on the coupon, i insisted that they have to give me the same price on my GoodRx coupon but refused to. I called GoodRx, they were so kind enough to call the Pharmacy for me, then CVS gave me the med with the GoodRx price.

Pharmacy manger is a joke. After my insurance called to help me transfer my prescription or over that I need. The manager proceeded to yell at my insurance company and get a rude with her and then tell her he could not help her and hung up. Only after I had to call the pharmacy to make sure this was Handel and he gave me the same rudeness as he did my insurance agent. If my insurance did not require me to come here I would avoid this place like the plague. I hope the calls are monitored.
