If there was ever the rudest encounter I have ever had with a pharmacy, THIS was it!!!
I arrived at 7:45ish pm to the drive through pharmacy window with a car already at the window and I was next in line. About 5 or mins later, the car leaves and I drive up.
The hispanic kid with curls already seems annoyed even before he asks for my info and when he does he asked it in a nature that was rushing me, talking over me, shutting the window in the middle of me explaining that I wanted to pay cash for a medication that I lost because and because my insurance had already been charged for the lost meds that I needed to replace it was going to be a cash transaction. When I asked him to tell me how it would cost to pay it in cash he said with an attitude "we are closing in 4 minutes and can't refill anything for you today." I said "I didn't ask you to refill anything, I asked you to look up the cash price for the medication I need to refill!" He then grumbles and shuts the window and comes back and says "it's going to be $20 and change for it." So I asked him "Is it for 1 month or for how many days?" He says "We are closing in 2 minutes and can't refill it so come back tomorrow and do it!" I said "Excuse me but what kind of customer service is this?! I arrived before 8pm and am asking simple questions and you keep interrupting me without paying any attention to my questions! What happens at 8pm does your computer system force a shutdown or something and that's why you can't look up simple information that I asking for?"
Then with a can't be bothered look on his face he looks at that toad looking indian pharmacist and he comes to the window and says "we are closed we can't help you today!" So I said "You people need to LISTEN to your CUSTOMER! You people act like I wasn't waiting in line BEFORE you closed! I waited my turn and arrived before closing so do your job!" He goes "I don't have time to do anything so come back tomorrow!"
After that disrespectful encounter I drove off! Never have I experienced anything like that in all my years of visiting pharmacies!!
Not only have you lost a pharmacy customer but you lost an avid shopper of CVS as a whole!! I know my buying power and CVS can kiss my $$$ goodbye!!!

Extremely poor customer service by a seller named Mukarram. He is almost forcing you to give him your information, because he claims that he will give you discount, which is extremely annoying. After he ask for name and contact number he creats a fake email to get credit. After all these no discount. The most important problem is the way he is behaving. Never even think to go to this CVS store.

I had an extremely frustrating encounter with a pharmacist at CVS Pharmacy recently that left me feeling belittled and disrespected. Despite informing the pharmacist that I was aware my insurance wouldn't cover my medication and that I would be paying out of pocket, he continued to treat me with attitude, as if I couldn't afford my medication. Even after explaining that this wasn't my first time purchasing the medication and that my doctor had sent a note ahead of time, the pharmacist's demeanor didn't change.
What's more, he seemed annoyed that I had a discount card to help lower the payment, which left me baffled. It felt like he was judging me based on my insurance, income level, and CVS profile, making assumptions that were completely unfounded.
If you're looking for a pharmacy where you'll be judged and treated poorly based on factors beyond your control, then CVS might be the place for you. But if you value respectful and understanding customer service, I highly recommend looking elsewhere. I only switched to CVS for convenience, but after this experience, I'll be sticking with my previous pharmacy. Buyer beware.

Slow service from the moment we walked in. Waited for someone to help us with self check out for over 10 mins. Robert was also rude and cranky

Zero stars, pharmacist is the rudest man ever. The others aren’t better either. They don’t care about helping you- I would never trust them to make my medication or even give this location any business.

This CVS has the nastiest bathrooms. Smells like pee. So dirty. Even my children made a comment about how bad it smells like urine. Do better and clean the bathrooms!

You call the pharmacy and the answering machine tells you that they open at two for lunch, when you call at two, the person who attends you in a bad way tells you to call at 2:30 because they need 30 more minutes

Bottom line the most ridiculous pharmacy to waste your timeDrive thru is the worst and evidently RX discounts cannot be applied while you’re in drive through. Go figure! I’d drive a few extra miles to get my pharmacy needs taken care of elsewhere

Deondra has the worst customer service ethic ever!! Over talking me, asking me a question and not giving me a chance to answer but calling out the wrong dang medication and not freaking listening was something to ponder…who took your test?!! I’m assuming she’s just a tech but by all means think as a medical professional and behave as such!

They need to improve their service tremendously. I get that they have self check out, but at least have one person at the regular check out the sales people just be conversing with other coworkers and having a great time while people are waiting in the self check out online instead of just helping people with the regular check out.... Not to mention the way that I've heard over several times that they like to profile people of color and constantly ask them if they need help finding anything even if they've already said several times that they don't need help and or following them towards certain part of the store.

I picked up prints purchased online from the photo center. The employee handed them to me and said nothing. The prints were terrible quality.
