Horrible experience. Robot voice recording takes you in circles. I was told that my medicine would come in the following day by 3pm. When I called they wouldn't let me speak to the pharmacy or leave a message. May soon be changing pharmacys?

The Pharmacy staff was courteous when I dropped off my prescription and very friendly when I picked up. I have used CVS for years with no issues.

The pharmacy here is a joke!! Pharmacist was rude to my wife and lied to the nurse when the nurse called to have a prescription refilled for my son. Avoid this location!!

Cant get a hold of nobody get transferred to a voicemail leave a voicemail nobody gets back to you need medicine and now I'm forced to go to the pharmacy which isn't to much of a problem but still poor service

This pharmacy has serious issues. I have used this pharmacy for 10+ years and, for the first time, have zero confidence in the staff there. I have meds that are monthly like clockwork, have a 12 refill prescription, yet every single month they hold up my refills saying that they're waiting on insurance approval, or worse yet they're having to order it from another store. These are not exotic meds, they should be in stock already. In this year alone, I've had to force the pharmacy staff to take a second look at what they were charging me, and whether or not it had been processed through my insurance. At one point they were ready to charge me over $300, when in actuality turned out to be a $5 script. This is unacceptable, and has been a recent occurrence for some reason.
BTW, don't be in the drop-off line anywhere near their lunch break. They will close the window in your face and never say a word to you.

Slowest CVS I’ve ever been to. I tried to deal with it but I’ve changed locations. Maybe they’re just understaffed but still. Long lines inside and outside, nobody picks up the phone. I had to call and remind THEM to work on my prescription after it was “in progress” for 2 day, meanwhile the medication was in stock the entire time. I will never come back here. I’ve never had an issue with CVS, it’s just this one. Look at all the other 1 star reviews saying the same thing. I really wish I could give it 0 stars.

Horrible service my dad went to pick up his medicine and he was yelled at for being 2 min late by the manager. She should be fired.

I went to pick up some medicine at 6:02 pm and the store manager took me out of the medicine pickup line in the pharmacy area, claiming that she only served until 6 pm and in a rude manner and without caring what They were just pick up

I don’t think I’ve ever been to a worst store in my life they never even answered the phone I waited 1/2 hour and still no one answered I finally drove there and was still on hold while waiting inside the store!!!

By far the worst pharmacy I have ever used. Recently was diagnosed with medical complications that require monthly prescription and it has been a hassle. I have come to this pharmacy 5 times within the last two months and have not been able to get my prescription. Each time they tell me they will fill the prescription and I come back to pick it up and get nothing. HR needs to check in on management because they are taking risks with people’s health.

The people here are literally so rude and unprofessional. I brought a pack of diapers and forgot the receipt so the manager margarita was like “just give me your DL number and I’ll do it like that” I couldn’t find it and then when I remembered I had a pic she said “oh no I can’t do anymore because the cameras were watching me” ?? What in the world ?? She told me to bring the card that I used and so I did and then another girl told me she found the purchase/ receipt but since the diapers were on sale she couldn’t give me what I paid for them EVEN if the receipt showed how much I actually paid . Make that make sense ?? So if I pay $30 for something and I have the receipt to show it, they’ll only give me $10 because that’s the price it’s on sale currently. I had never heard of that. They were SO rude and didn’t want to help at all .

Unprofessional Pharmacy, I booked online appt for covid screening to get there & have the Pharmacy mgr lie & tell me the system was down. She suggested rescheduling w/ a more efficiently ran Williams Way location. Diverting workload to overwork sister Pharmacy should not be tolerated. Based on reviews, get it together to better serve ur customers.

I HATE CVS Pharmacy. Especially this one. It takes more than 15 minutes to even get anyone on the phone for them to not answer your questions, rude, and put you on hold 3 more times and no less than 30 minutes in the drive-through. Wish my employer would partner with someone else so I don't have to keep going to CVS. That's proboably the only reason CVS is till even open I'm sure.
