Great that I did not have to trouble my physician for a transfer of med from one pharmacy to another. They handled it efficiently like pros! Thank you. Nice to have a place like this nearby.

I’ve had excellent experiences with this pharmacy since it opened. The pharmacists Chad and Malcom take time to answer any questions I have. I never feel rushed. They give excellent customer service.

CVS takes my insurance and this is the closest CVS to me, so I'll probably still get my prescriptions there, but I'm going to make every effort to get my vaccines at a different location in the future. They were actually okay the other times I've been there for a vaccine, but today was an unpleasant circus. First I had some questions in addition to my vaccine, but the person I was talking to said that she couldn't answer them but the pharmacist would when he gave me my vaccine. Okay, fine. Then they asked if I had filled out the forms online. I had to tell them multiple times that I made the appointment by telephone, because the CVS website would not allow me to make it online, and I had not received either a text or an email with a link to fill out the forms, so of course I had not filled out the forms. By the way, the person who asked this was the pharmacist on his way to give me the vaccine. Then the original person I talked to gave me printed forms and said it was her bad not to have given them to me when I arrived. Yes, it certainly was. Then the pharmacist gave me my vaccine and told me they came in packs of four and therefore he was wasting three doses like that was my fault. It's not my fault if the manufacturer has this stupid packaging. Then when I rolled up my right sleeve he said oh you want it in your right arm like it was inconsiderate of me to want it on the opposite side from where he was sitting. Last I heard you could get a shot in either arm that you wished. Then I asked him my questions, and he said he would come back and answer them. I spent the waiting time doing some things on my phone, so at least it wasn't wasted. I think I gave him about 5 minutes and then went up to the counter. One of the things I wanted was for my primary care physician to be in my records so that she would be sent my vaccine information. He claimed he couldn't find her in the system. She was there. Then he said he couldn't add her because I didn't have any maintenance medicines with her. I said what??! He finally condescended to add her, I think. I don't actually trust that he did. Then when I tried to ask my second question he said oh I have to go give another vaccine. Needless to say, I thought to myself, well you'd have time to answer it if I hadn't been sitting twiddling my thumbs for 5 minutes. I stood there a while waiting to see if someone else would come and see if I needed anything, but nobody else did. So I said screw it, out loud, and left. As I said, it is not my intention to return to this location for vaccines in the future. I think you can see why. It's too bad because my previous vaccines here have been just fine. I'm pretty sure I got them from a different pharmacist, although I must admit to not paying particular attention to the faces or the names. It seems unlikely, though, that the same pharmacist could be very nice one time and such a jerk this time, so I'm 99% sure the nice pharmacist was a different one.

I’ve never felt so uncomfortable going to an establishment as big as CVS and getting the cold shoulder from all the staff. Is if they were forced to work there. The managers need to do some coaching or training. It reflects their leadership. I don’t know if I’ll ever come back.

I went thru the drive thru at CVS on 6750 Reading Rd., Rosenberg,TX. 77471. I waited in line about 10 minutes behind other customers. When I pulled up to the window after the other customer left there was no one there. After about 5 minutes I pushed the call button and the clerk responded I had to wait because there was another customer ahead of me. Since there was no one else in line I assumed she was referring to a customer inside. Then when she finally came to the window. She asked for my information which I gave her. Then she asked if there were other customers behind me. I responded, “Yes.” Then she replied back, “Can you drive back around since you just place your order 10 to 15 minutes ago. I had been waiting longer than that time before she finally came to the window to wait on me. There were no cars behind me when I pulled up to the lwindow and now there were 3 or 4 cars inline. So I told her I would not be driving back around because I had already waited behind two other cars before I got to the window this time. She then left the window and came back with my medication. Instead of pushed the tray out for me to put my card in. She reached her hand out the window for my money or card. I tried to hand her my card but I wasn’t able to reach her hand. I told I was afraid my card would fall. She still didn’t push out the tray instead she placed a clip board out the window for me to place my card on. Then again instead of putting my card and medication in the tray she tried to hand me the both out of the window. I then asked her if she could please put my medication and card in the tray and push the tray out for me to collect them. She made an unpleasant facial express but she did place the items in the tray which I were able to retrieve with no problem. I thanked her and then left. She only responded, “Can you put the basket all the way in the tray.” I did, not realized I had not placed all the way in the tray. I then drove away.

Terrible customer service. The majority of the staff here is very rude and always rushing around. They make you feel very unintelligent for asking basic questions. They also have a very angry demeanor and seem as if they have no patience to actually be of any help. I'm switching to another pharmacy and I'm done dealing with these people and you all should to!

If you have a complaint against a pharmacy, pharmacist, or pharmacy technician, you may complete the attached TSBP Complaint Report Form and submit to the Texas State Board of Pharmacy (TSBP) or you may file the complaint on-line using the TSBP website: pharmacy.texas.gov. I needed a prescription filled for my toddler when he was diagnosed with the flu. I left the RX with this pharmacy around 3:30 p.m. and waited to be notified that it was filled. By 7:40 pm I had not received any correspondence so I called to check & what do you know? It was filled. I explained I would be there shortly to pick it up. When I got to the drive-thru at 7:57 there was a car in front of me getting their rx. When I approached the window, they pulled the security screen down. I could see two pharmacists inside talking to another customer so I lightly tapped on my horn to get their attention. One pharmacist closed the inside window, then they came over to the window, looked at me, then turned off the lights in the pharmacy and walked away. I tried calling a different CVS to attempt to get the prescription filled but was told that they couldn't do it because their system showed it was already filled. I now have to wait 13 more hours to get medicine for my toddler. This is completely unacceptable. I wish I would've read these other reviews first. I will never again step foot in this CVS.

Horrible experience with extremely rude pharmacy staff. I was trying to drop off a prescription at the drive thru to be told they \\\"only accept pick ups or drop offs at the window\\\" to which I replied, yes I'm trying to drop off a prescription. They said I would have to come back the next day because the pharmacy closes in an hour. I declined because I said I would not be able to make the trip back the next day A different even ruder employee then approached the window and told me, rather rudely, she could fill my prescription in half an hour but I should have come into the store if I wanted a prescription filled. Why allow drop offs in the drive thru?! I was perfectly content with driving across the street for food and coming back for my meds but decided their attitude wasn't worth it and asked for my paper back to go somewhere else. First and last attempt to use this pharmacy. No thanks

I stood in line for 15 minutes while the cashier was chit chatting with their friend. She directed me to self checkout which required assistance and instead of helping me, she kept talking to her friend. I'll go to the Kroger across the street from now on.

Everyone is calling the staff and manager here rude. And they are. But my past relationships prepared me for. Just handle it with grace and a smile. It honestly works.I hate having to talk with them, but they'll never know that. Kill them...with kindness. I don't expect anything more from anyone who works in the Rosenberg area. Everyone on this side of town is rude, period. Stop drinking the tap water, babes.
