I love Mrs.angelina she makes public storage worth paying anytime I come and bring anything in she make sure to assist me with anything I need as far as a dolly , etc not most storage do that they will see you struggling and just walk pass but Mrs.angelina is very kind hearted she will do her best to make sure her customers are happy & stress relief most definitely lol she is the best employee you all have and I would love for her to stay on you all team while I’m renting and even after lol I’ll just pay for a storage with nothing in there lol that’s how sweet she is the best customer service on avenue I

I recently moved out of my storage unit. Angelina was extremely helpful and active in assisting me accomplish this move. I am working traveling (currently in Chicago). Angelina was thoughtful and helpful in coordinating my moving team to empty out the storage unit. She consistently followed up with me and was easy to reach and speak to! After several years, I am finally out of Greater Houston! Thank You Angelina !!!! I truly couldn’t have accomplished this feat without your help and guidance!

Angelina, was exceptional and went "above & beyond" to assist me with locating and purchasing multiple file boxes! She located rhe number of boxes needed, drove to 2 additional locations to secure them, covered them with plastic bags to prevent rain damage during transport and brought them to this location for me. In addition, she was able to save me $20 off the total cost due to the number of boxes I purchased. All of this with an unfailing smile and pleasant demeanor. Public Storage should: a) give her a raise (b) promote her to a training position for their Customer Service personnel. This was the 7th Public Storage I visited trying to locate this volume of these boxes. Seven other employees had a chance to help a customer the way she assisted me. Only Anjolina was able to help me solve my dilemma!!! KUDOS!!!

Public Storage in Rosenberg tx is definitely a five-star review! Very clean and if you get climate control the a/c is blowing good in this summer heat.
Ask for Angelina she was phenomenal throughout our moving experience. She was definitely a 5 star herself. As much as moving was already a headache, at least we got a nice, kind, professional employee at Public Storage to help us on our journey.
