Wow!! I ordered on Tuesday 12/19, and the order was in my mailbox at 14:10 on 12/21. That's what I call service.. Omaha Outdoors just earned all my business. The only reason I wouldn't use Omaha is if they don't carry or have the item I would need. Awesome job to all employees that handle online orders. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!

ESasy making the transaction but recommend using a computer or tablet because a phone may be wonky. I've purchased firearms from Omaha before, and they are great. They are conscientious, thorough, and ship quickly plus their prices are quite competitive.

Omaha Outdoor's customer service has won over my business! This purchase was the best I've experienced with ANY gun store, locally- or online....On top of all that goodness, they gave me the best price anywhere.....The entire process was absolutely flawless, and showed up at my FFL in just a couple of days.This was my first time buying from Omaha Outdoors, but they will be my first choice when making any future gun purchase, period.BTW, the gun is gorgeous!Beautifully done!Thank you.

The prices are great!!! Very, Very Competitive. However, shipping is slooooooow. I'm not expecting 2 day prime shipping, but when I buy magazines on a Monday, and they don't ship until Friday, or Saturday, that's ridiculous. Fixing your shipping processes will earn you 5 stars.

The rep Tim, that handled my purchase, did a phenomenal job keeping me informed with every step of the process. He followed through with our discussions, returned calls and provided all the pertinent information needed for my purchase. Prices are great and customer service is outstanding. Simply amazing. Started as a basic black Glock 48 and they helped turn it into a dream. Fernando made sure I was set up with the right color and invoice to get started and then Po took the reins and off we went. Definitely my go to from here on out for any cerakoting needs.

Been getting Omaha emails for some time and have noticed many good deals, esp. on ammo-this was my first purchase and am very satisfied with the process. Didn’t know they stocked knives. I had been looking for a particular knife which they had and it was at a great price. I opened my online account and can safely say I will be using it more frequently as I collect knives periodically. Thanks Omaha Outdoors for hooking me up with another Benchmade knife. Wish I would have known sooner about what all you stock. I should have known though that some fellow Texans would have had a great price on a great knife!

One of the best outdoors stores I have ever dealt with. The website is super smooth and easy to find what you're looking for. Checkout is easy and smooth as well. I love the notice feature that will email you when a product you're looking for is in stock. I just got one unexpectedly and immediately went to purchase. Thanks all the way from the east coast!

Excellent customer service by Omaha Outdoors. First firearm I’ve purchased from this company, and first online firearm I’ve every purchased! Staff was helpful and friendly helping me navigate shipping and FFL transferring, and the item arrived in two days to my FFL! Firearm was in factory new condition as described with no wear or scratch marks at all. Would highly recommend Omaha Outdoors for anyone needing a specialty firearm that is difficult to find in stores or just for a blazing hot deal, as their prices are often much better than MSRP at big box stores. You have certainly earned a repeat customer.
