This place does not take anything into consideration. If you are late they pull your items and I’m sure it’s the staff that buys bc there’s no way the day after you item is pulled it’s gone. Lost a beautiful ring that I was going to pass down “my fault” I forgot it was time to pay.

These people were jerks to me. I went in that store and I had over $1,000 worth of tools wrenches. Big wrenches inch and a half to 6 mm and everything in between metric standard guy wanted to give me like a dollar each. First. When I went in there was two girls either one of them wanted to help me because they said they didn't know about tools so a guy comes out and when I left I wished I'd never come! Never at this location again after I showed him some of what I had and didn't want to get everything out. He decided he didn't want anything! That's fine if you don't want nothing but you don't have to be like a jerk about it too. God damn

Traded with this place for years. Never again. I was sold a dehumidifier and told it was a portable AC. When I returned the next day even though the manager lied to me didn't get my $ back and got less than half in store credit. Should have been done then. Took a window unit to sell they claimed they would maybe sell it for 20 gave me 10. A couple weeks later was in store they had it out for sale for 100. Took a recently bought portable AC to sell they offered 40 mind I this is a 499 ac. I would not sell to them. They haduch older used up looking portable AC units for 389 and up. These ppl no longer believe in fair trade practices. Done with cash America. Also the 800 # is of no use they say they will call back but they don't. I classify this business right along with scammers. Not to mention they lost a TV never got fully reimbursed for that. Gave me a model they had on the floor didn't work right took it back they used it as a pawn gave me 40. What happened to my TV they were going to call me back about and never did. They suck. Not I go into Houston where they care about keeping customers

I have had the worst experience ever from Eric. Plus when my boyfriend called to check on his extensions on Wednesday morning. He told him that everything was good and will arrive to the store Cash America Pawn and we arrived to make a payment for $40 to pay for the items and he said the items were forfeited 3 days ago and cost me $300 in cash for buy backs.

The old lady has no knowledge of items nor gives reasonable price she try’s to lowball you for everything even when I had it pawned there a few days ago and pulled it out

If there was an option for zero stars I would have selected accordingly. No customer service and was not willing to ask mgt about deals, all in all it was a horrible experience I was trying to spend not pawn

Get rid of the old short lady.Extremely rude. After this I will Definetly be going else where. She thinks she knows what she is doing but has no clue. She litteraly tried devaluing my item I brought in to get a loan wich I've had in several times. She doesn't have customer service skills nor the language on how to properly speak to clients.The skinny young guy also doesn't have people skills.

Best customer service! And they worked with us on a power washer despite having too many they said. Iv come to this location for almost 15-20 years. HIGHLY recommended!

Was about to buy $700 plus in jewelry and a $10 purse. The purse had a sale sign on it saying $10. When we were about to buy it we were told it was $20. They said sale price was put on it by accident. Manager would not honor the $10. So for the $10 they would not honor, we left and did not buy the $700 in jewelry. As we walked out the door they yelled they would sell it for $10. We kept going. I shopped and bought here many times, but they lost business over $10.
