Yes I got a 2006 Kia Sedona two weeks after I got it it had an overheatingproblem a month after it was the same problem both times they said they fixed the issue and this is the third time still having the same problem and they said the problems on me I have to fix it when they say it's the compressor when both fans are not kicking on and has nothing to do with the compressor mechanic is whacking don't know what he's talking about in his just trying to get extra

got a 2006 Kia sodonna from them 2 weeks after having it the fans weren't working and was over heating then they supposably fix the issue then a mth in half to 2 months later I'm dealing with the same issue so I call the back they said bring it in so I do then they fixed it again both times it was the relay now again it's acting the same way they said itsy problem because they said it's the compressor but it's not the fans are not working at all not even when it's running hot so since I don't want to pay the to change out the compressor and that's not the issue it's on me I have 5 kids working and trying to my best to make ends meet and they don't care so shows u how well they are good luck if I buy from them oh and everything was supposably brand-new on it

Great place. They was willing to work with me and help me in many ways. Very caring and understanding and I appreciate everything. Tony was awesome about helping get issues taken cared of and Im so sorry i forget the lady in the offices name but she was super helpful by helping get insurance set up for me and when i come in her and Tony both ask how things are. She also went above and beyond by offering to help with other non related things which right now makes a huge difference! You guys are so amazing and deserve recognition! Thank you for everything! If I ever need another vehicle I will for sure be back and also recommending to others as well!

Went to pick up truck title after paying it off and the guy that took out the GPS system (for repo or theft) and he tore my dash up & my windows won't roll down. Went back and they ignored me. Had to fix myself & replace dash pieces..

I bought my Ford Escape 2005 from them in 2015. Car Country is nothing but a great staff and very understanding. During hard times, like Harvey, they were very compassionate about those who lost their jobs like myself. Will, who has such a charming personality, helped me when my car needed maintenance done on it. Maria is also sweet and very helpful. I just paid my car off and I was pretty sad to say bye. If you need a car and have no credit, go to them!!! They will help you out with whatever you need. Thank you so much Car Country staff!!
