If I could leave 0 stars I would. I have been a loyal customer for years, however after my latest experience and how the situation was handled shows a person’s true colors. No ownership or responsibility for messing up someone’s hair. Seems to only do it for the money not caring how the product will come out.

I thought she was professional but is rather the exact opposite. I wanted to dye my hair a different color. I told her that I have sensitive hair and scalp. Asked her we to start off slow.. I trusted her. I had to cut my hair soon after. She used a much stronger bleach since my hair started to fall out. Not just a little. I’m talking about chunks and chunks of hair. She tried to pretend everything was okay.. I will never return to this place. She ruined my hair.

I love the way she does my hair!!! She knows what she is doing. She does only what she feels is appropriate for my hair type. She has great bed side manners. Highly recommend her.

My hair looks awful! I will NEVER come back. I gave her a picture of what I wanted. It was so simple. I wanted LONG side bangs and some layers. One of the most popular cuts that women have these days. This woman made me look like a 5th grader. It's so ugly. I have to keep clips in my hair to hold it down since she cut off WAY TOO MUCH!! Instead of giving me a discount or trying to make it look better after SHE screwed it up, she kept telling me "Sorry there's nothing I can do about it." Very unprofessional. She shouldn't have even charged me for this crap.
