“Great service at this branch! The Tellers are very friendly and helpful. On the occasion I do have to wait I totally understand. Being in retail I know that some transactions take longer than the folks waiting in line would like, but that is the nature of dealing with customers. I have safety deposit boxes and have not experienced any significant wait time in accessing them. This particular branch is the most out of the way for my commute from work, but the Tellers make it worthwhile to frequent this specific branch.”

“First off BEATRIZ on Drive Thru Is the nicest lady everrrr !!! everytime i go shes in an amazing mood shes lets me know how many vehicles are ahead of me .. shes just a wonderful person ... but she doesnt get paid enough to deal with all the rudeness .. today 3 different customer talked to her bad because of the wait time meanwhile she had a drive thru FULL of cars and 2employees sitting inside watching her and laughing at her and talking to eachother about who knows what ... BEATRIZ needs help and nobody was willing to help the poor sweet lady out ...”

“The staff here were very friendly and very helpful. I asked if they could turn my coins into dollar bills and they said they could not do that directly. However, they were able to give me coin rolls instead and I could bring them back to exchange them. I set up a Roth IRA investment account once here and the banking person walked me patiently and thoroughly through all the pros, cons, and options (also gave me paperwork containing the details for reference). Also, their drive through ATM offers a lot of languages, which I don't need, but is really cool to see. : )”
