I want to tell yall the staff and maintenance crew Louise...Anthony..Manuel are so helpful and fix things ASAP. I MEAN IT..U PUT IN WORK ORDER..ITS FIXED THAT DAY OR I PROMISE THE NEXT DAY. THESE GUYS DESERVE A RAISE AND PRAISE. I GOT A SOFA YESTERDAY AND COULD NOT GET IN MY APARTMENT..OMG...THEY CAME WHILE I WAS AT WORK...GOT SOFA IN MY PLACE. I AM SO THRILLED TO HAVE THEM AT BRAZOS RANCH ROSENBERG..WHERE I LIVE. YALL COME HERE IF LOOKING!!!! HIGH FIVE! DEBORAH MACE.
I gotta tell anyone and everyone that I looked everywhere for a place and Fatima the leasing agent called me and worked with me and my budget at Brazos Ranch and I was thrilled and happy. A awesome leasing agent. She went outta her way and actually helped me with my paperwork and electri..water..insurance...damn everything. I could not believe the kindness and staff at this place. FATIMA..THANK YOU FOR MAKING ME HAPPY AND GETTING ME IN MY OWN PLACE. THANK YOU SO MUCH. YOU ARE SO AWESOME.

The service at this property is beyond outstanding. Clark, the community director is hilarious, kind, knowledgeable and extremely accommodating. Ive worked in leasing for another property for years and have never experienced such a quick and painless application process. Brazos Ranch has MORE than fair pricing, no amenity fees and even work with you on paying your deposit over a period of time instead of all up front. Just lease here already!

After 3 years of living here, I have been understanding to the gate being down for 2 years off and on, the water being brown when turning on the shower, ant infestation, roach infestation, the lack of communication, and the attitude. I have always fixed whatever mistake I have made, and have tried as much as possible to not complain due to the amount of people that reside, trying to lessen the stress off the management. Clark has been disrespectful, speaking to me like 1. I am stupid, a 2. Not acknowledging the problem at hand, interrupting me as I am trying to explain what is going on. When I said I was not going to renewing the lease, he proceeded to say that this was good for him and me, that it is a mutual feeling that neither one of us want me here. He hates to be called out on his mistakes, and can not take accountability. There is several residents who have expressed his lack of acknowledgment, it is disappointing that he can't see the tenants needs and concerns for a place we overpay when it is outdated, the pool always being shut down, and the gate always broken (I have been stuck outside the apartment for 45 min, waiting for the gate to open at 10pm) Any of my emails he takes hours, days to respond and address the concerns, and or doesn't do much about anything. The only person I have had success speaking to, was Luis, Anthony, and Fatima.

I’ve been here since May, Clark and Fatima helped me during my moving transition which was a bit complex. They reply when I have issues and they answer when I call which is unheard of in other places. The complex is clean, neighbors are really nice and I see kids playing outside which is wholesome and comforting since my children need a safe community. I know we will be staying here for an extended period. The maintenance crew is fast and courteous as well. I’ve never lived in such a safe environment and it’s closed to a lot of things! Very great area and property.

Very happy with our year at Brazos Ranch, if we had not found a home to rent we would have gladly stayed. The team is super communicative, thoughtful and engaged in caring for their residence. We are very thankful for them and for all the care they took to keep our apartment happy!

In the beginning of our initial phase of starting our move in process Fatima the assistant manager was amazing and so helpful. She went above and beyond to help us and made the process so easy. We are thankful for her.

Have been living here for almost 4 years now. We love the community and staff. Clark and Fatima are awesome and caring. Louis who is head of maintenance is also polite and caring along with the rest of staff. If your looking for a safe and peaceful community look no further...

They have a very good location, the 2 ladies in administration are excellent in everything, they helped me a lot, the environment is very calm, and above all safe. units in very good condition, and in general so far everything is very good.

Howdy! This is really more than I ever expected moving from my Townhouse across the street! If you ever have any questions or needs to a problem Fatima is the one to call! I’m not real computer savvy, but she always helps with a smile and tells me let her know if i have any issues! Godbless for good people!

I would give this place -5 stars if possible!!
WARNING: Avoid residing in unit 1302 as it is situated above one of the leasing agents, also known as FATIMA.
first and foremost I used to be a tenant at apt 1302 from nov 2023 - april 2024. the leasing agent fatima was the one who leased us our unit above her apt knowing we have a 2 year old and a 11 year old. the first day we moved ms fatima had the nerve to tell us to keep it down even though we are moving. as we get settled within the first two week we were getting disturbed by fatima and her boyfriend banging on their ceiling to alert us that we are being too loud. my spouse knocked on their door and attempted to let them know they can always text us or knock on our door to let us know we are being too loud rather than scaring my children with their constant banging on the ceiling.
Even simply walking was a noise complaint for them. it got so bad that they started calling the courtesy officer to come to our home and flash their lights into our apt. the reviews from google shows that this has been an ongoing issue for sometime and unfortunately corporate fails to hold them accountable.
not to mention Clark finds it acceptable as a manager of an establishment to think it’s ok to yell at their tenants. SPECIALLY WOMEN. This Mr Clark man had the audacity to yell at me because he had a problem with my dad parking next to my gargage to pick up my son. the fact that he think it’s ok to yell at me infront if my child and my father it upright unprofessional and dispicable. I am a manager at an establishment myself and I could not phathom yelling at any customer or tenant in this scenario.
we have reached out to cooperate but yet has failed to hold their employees accountable. these apartments have been a living hell for me and my family. I hope no one ever has to deal with what we went through. especially for a family with little children.
long story short we had to be let out of our lease due to harassment. mind you we were let out of our lease therefore we were not in the wrong. only saving grace is ms angela!! Thankfully we have moved into a house where we no longer have to worry about getting harassed. 0/10 recommend!!!!!!
