We ordered baseboards and quarter rounds from them and they delivered them into our garage while we were not home. We really appreciate the customer service. I think it can be a little difficult to get someone on the phone from time to time but it is likely because one person runs the department that handles will call order. The best part of this place is their pricing. It is very good compared to chain stores like lowes, home depot, etc.

Warning, the BMC website is completely wrong about the hours for this location. This location is open M-F 7:30-4:30, the website shows it being open 7 days a week till 5:30 PM. Security wise went there on a Saturday 9/23/17 believing the website hours and was able to walk in the unlocked front door with absolutely nobody inside and walk around the whole building looking for an employee and could have emptied the place. Don't believe the website hours and why is the door open when the store isn't?
