All BOA locations i encountered do not have drive through anymore. They cut costs a lot in personnel. Corporate management does seem to get it together which is a reflection on performance everywhere. Since Sept 2022 to June 2023, net profit were $7.08 to $8.16 billions.

I brought my son here to open his first account. Before he left he was up and running to a great start with an open account and credit card. That's not all I reaped the benefits of applying for a credit card as well. The information was clearly explained to my son and we are definitely heading down the right path. If you are not open till 5:00 pm change your hours on door, phone recording and internet. This bank is losing customers because of no service available during normal hours of operation. No drive thru tellers, one teller working inside and NOW not even working till 5:00 pm as posted everywhere.

I don't a problem with the bank , However they could use some more tellers , including in the drive thru, Why on earth would you put two atm machines in the same role , When first person leaves the cubicle , The second person is still waiting for the next car to go up .I think the corporate office needs to revisit this one . They more than to atm machines for sure . People and business don't value people time anymore, you want be in and out . People have pick there kids etc ... And stuck in a long line to get your own money. Come on .. Make it make sense ⁉️⁉️⁉️

Unfortunately this bank has very bad customer service. Countless times they have treated my father poorly just because he is in his work clothes and happens to work outside. We come in on a regular day and we get treated differently. Unfortunately this has caused us to go to a different Bank of America and is such an inconvenience.

I am not sure where all these negative reviews come from! The appointment schedule is available for the same day, the bank manager is attentive to every walk in and they treat you all with all respect. I was able to resolve my matter in 15 minutes. Cashiers, managers, appointment schedule are all well organized and I know that I will experience exceptional customer service here!

Poorly managed. I arrived at the bank today at about 1615, to find a fairly long line. While waiting I noticed that there was one teller assisting people, while I assumed who was the manager stood by the door and told people where they could get assistance. Well, the line grew longer and no assistance was provided for this teller. To her credit she maintained a positive demeanor the entire time.Now I don't know how Bank of America teaches people but I would assume the manager could assist the teller with processing the line during a rush. I say this because when a clearance is needed they rang the bell for his approval.Back to the line. There were three people assisting with opening accounts of new members, while this teller continued by herself (still smiling, still polite). A few people pointed out that new customers sure get treated well, the manager continued to not make any adjustments. When I was nearing the front of the line, the manager started talking to people again, assisting them if possible (In case it isn't clear, this took him less than 5 minutes). While also saying that there could be "a long wait and perhaps customers should come back tomorrow morning; we open at 9am." During this process I watched the screen in the room and must have seen that Bank of America was rated #1 for Client services this year a dozen times. HA! I left at 1705.Response: Based on your response you will do nothing to change this situation. Basically a bunch of buzzwords and platitudes. Seems that you are doing a good job at earning a 2.3 and dropping rating.If it was possible to use the ATM I certainly would have.

I made an appointment to be seen for help with my business account for 11 am two days in a row. The first time they could not find my appointment in the system.... finally they found me and it was over an hour and a half wait so I had to leave.. wasting my time away from work to accomplish nothing.Today I am sitting here at BOA with my rescheduled 11 am appointment and it is currently about 11:20 am. I still have not seen anyone. I was asked to sit and wait.This is absurd. Why am I making appointments if they are not holding to the appointment times? I have a job, I have things I need to be doing, and I am wasting my time here at what I thought was a scheduled appointment.Why do you even offer appointments if you cannot accommodate customers?I have never had such a frustrating experience with a bank. I am missing out on pay at work to sit here well after my scheduled appointment time. On top. Of that fact .. I know what I need to do is going to take about 30 minutes. So add that on to the total amount of time that has been wasted.Very frustrating. I will not be coming back to this location once I handle my business. The only good thing is the convenience of the location.

I have never seen such a wonderful service before. Mr. Sajjad was taking care of me and his explanation on opening up an account made my decision easy. I felt so good that banking can be that easy. He helped to setup my online banking and showed me how I can add my card digitally to my wallet. If anyone goes to this location ask for Mr. Sajjad you’ll see the difference.

This bank is terrible. The people are nice but managed terribly. They need to add more people and put the drive thru back. Dumbest decision they made getting rid of it.Still terrible. Line out the door and 1 person at the window. Terribly managed.

I would never bank here. They charge exorbitant fees, lousy customer service, and you can't get through on the phone. I moved to Chase Bank and am very satisfied.
