best autozone i’ve been to luis helped me find my warranty on my battery after going to 2 autozones and they couldn’t help and he installed my battery for FREEEE!! love it thanks luis!!

Had to get my car jump started and the manager la Tara (I’m not sure if the spelling)and another worker Tevin (not sure of his name) went above and beyond to get my car started and it was pouring raining. If you are ever there and need help I advise asking for one of them. Great workers!

Came in the other afternoon with battery trouble. Henry Martinez provided excellent customer service and installed my new battery. I was in and out quickly. Kudos for friendly, efficient customer service.

I bought a battery with a 3 year warranty on 8/21. My battery went bad and i tried to go replace it and they “can’t find it in the system under my number”. i’ve had the same number for years and is the only number i use for any parts i buy. now i can’t use my warranty and have to pay $200 again. Somebody isn’t doing their job and it cost me, save yourself a headache. Not the first time this has happened at this exact store.

Horrible service. I went to check my battery. This Spanish guy came from the back so aggressive, just scary. He didn't greet me or ask a question. He just came from the back and interrupted the person who was helping me and attacked me.

Great customer service from Latara. I came in to get my battery tested. My battery was bad, it was still under warranty. Latara installed my new battery for free. I highly recommend this store.
