Went in to the Rosenberg AT&T store on the day of the national service outage ?. I ended up taking advantage of the great upgrade offer and the store rep (Abdul) handled the entire process with professionalism and friendliness. Couldn't be happier.

Walked in today very frustrated after dealing with another service for a few months and not getting internet service like we should. Yanet was amazing. I didn't get the name of the manager on duty at that time but he was also amazing. They both went above and beyond to make me happy. It went so smooth. After feeling defeated with the other service we had Yanet and her manager made my day. Left with a smile.

Hi, i want to talk a little bit about this place, and i want to start by saying that regardless of the good comments some employees have in this store my story is totally different, most of the time that i have visited this place the people that i have interacted with are very rude an unprofessional in fact i have seen customers very disappointed that leave the store in the middle of a conversation because of the so bad an unprofessional service that they received in this store, so to be more specific this morning my wife my sister in law and i went to this location around 10:05 am and there was this so called employee a white guy with beard he was so ordinary an unprofessional in front of my family to the point that i told him a couple of times to chill out because he was acting so rude, there was no good morning, no how are today, no thank you for coming, no how may help you, no nice and friendly conversation, so if only if there is a manager in charge of this place should pay more attention and be more focused to this issues and fix the problem once for all, this employees should be trained to be polite friendly and professional because honestly the depends on the customer and as you know no customers no business we the customers pay their salaries, so please Mr manager do something with this people because i feel afraid every time that i visit this store , finally there are cameras so that the manager can monitor this employees behavior and do something in favor of the customers, thank in advance for reading my comment.

We were greeted right away and the rep helped us easily sign up for new service, transfer our numbers from T Mobile, and purchase new phones. We are returning to AT&T and this experience helped us realize why!

I went here a few weeks ago to pick up my online order. Mikaylen was so helpful, kind, and thorough. She made me aware of additional fees/the increase in my monthly bill, other purchase options, and current promotions. She explained everything she was doing for me in detail. She also spent like 10 minutes finding me the perfect new phone number lol. I really felt valued as a customer and not rushed. Thanks for great service! Give her a raise!

I had my cell phone repaired at this location by Mr. James. I reserved my appt with Asurion. Mr. James made the drop off and pick up process easy. He explained everything to me and made me feel at ease. Like most people, everything is in my phone, so I was relieved to be back in business in such a short time. A++++ customer service and super fast repair.

Stopped by the store to get assistance with a defective phone but did not get much help. No option provided to fix/replace the unit. They simply swapped the SIM and told me to visit a local phone repair shop to get my phone fixed. I am still paying AT&T for a defective phone. Very unhappy with the service received.

I’ve always had great experiences at this store, everyone so nice and helpful. But that was not my experience with this last visit. I needed help setting up a new phone and the gentleman refused to help me, stating that since COVID, they are not allowed to perform certain tasks. I know this is false as I go in the store often and are always provided excellent customer service. He was clearly not interested in helping me. Literally all he did was turn the phone on and select my desired language. He wasn’t friendly or helpful at all. I’ll try again when the usual, NICE guys are working!

Broke my phone and had to pay off my current phone and upgrade to a new device. I didn't catch either associates name the two times I went here, the first time a man helped me in May was very helpful and understanding of the difficulties of the situation of me breaking the phone and explained things well to me like the activation fee ect. Some of the fees that were discused I honestly forgot as my next bill took me by surprise as I had just added a new line and phone from a different at&t store(where they did not explain much at all, not thoroughly explained that I would have 2 billing cycles and a prorate for middle of cycle stuff of the new phone and my current line and extra fees Dickinson tx store did not explain things well).Went in today at this location in June to have my bill explained to me further because it caught me off guard and knew I wouldn't be able to afford it come the time. I didn't catch her name unfortunately, she was graceful angel that was helpful and understanding and was able to help me understand fully where all of the perfectly legitiate bill charges were coming from and viable options to help me be able to make my bill this month. Overall a great store with lovely associations that I highly recommend.
