They always have what I need. I tripped in their store yesterday and everyone was so kind and attentive to my needs. Not a serious fall but they were right there to help me up, they did a safety report and were very kind. Such nice people! They even called to make sure I got home OK. KUDOS to these team members. True hometown feeling!

I arrived 5 minutes after closing. They were mopping the floors so I could not walk in. The nice lady working there got the brass parts I needed and saved my day. My Ace store for life.

Walking in on my cane, a toddler comes running out with several (pointed out) medal yard bunnies and almost jabs my leg running behind an adult going outside. Sweet thing was helping but wasn't being supervised.Slowly headed in to buy Berger oil and maybe find a new scent, and we find the same duo standing in front of the Berger Oil display complaining about life to a friend. No where to sit or wait our turn, I lean on my cane waiting.Friend leaves, but I still can't get the room on my cane to shop. She has a cart she won't move, nor give us just a quick a minute. This display is in the corner, and so is the duo, plus us two, and her cart.We leave. Done with anyone who thinks handicap people are a joke. As a business owner, do you feel blocking a handicapped person, and making it unsafe to shop, is funny and irrelevant. You proved just that today.

Great place with great people and great service! Liza and Dave took excellent care of me. The delivery of my toilet to my house was well done. And when I found out that I needed to clear the plumbing line downstream of the toilet and not a new toilet, they not only provided a refund but also gave me great recommendations for plumbing support. I highly recommend them and will be back for all of my future home repair needs.

Fantastic store and staff. Moved to the area 7 years ago, needed a bunch of stuff for the house. Went back over and over, thought they were going to charge me rent for coming so often. Any time they didn't have something I needed, they ordered it for me. Love a good neighborhood store like that. Will be shopping there forever

Liza is fantastic in customer service! The best Ace Hardware we have been to. Always friendly staff and they carry so much that is hard to find at other places. Will continue coming here.

I purchased a chainsaw from this store. It starts fine, idles fine even revs up fine, but once you start trying to cut with it, it loses power and shuts down. Obviously has deeper issues. I brought it back and asked for an exchange because we can't keep it running. They said to exchange it would cost me $45 restocking fee which I begrudgingly paid.But after my initial complaint was aired the owner reached out to me personally and straightened the issue out and I can appreciate that.

Had a horrible experience there during the winter storm. I originally went to get propane. We waited outside in the rain and cold. That was fine. They lady governing the door asked who was there for propane, i replied i am. She said they didn't have any more. That was fine. I approached as the next person in line and the woman asked me "what are you here for?" I said "because it's a hardware store". She rudely asked "but why are you here?" Instead of addressing how i typically would a rude person i just entered the store and walked right by her. Another employee walking by started yelling to the other employees "every time i put something down it dissappears". I had already waited in line with a bad hip and a clear handicap tag parked right in front of the store. I was greeted unprofessionally and most of the staff (not the guys in the back) were rude as hell. Probably need some kind of training. Ppl were worried about their homes and they were acting this way.

Disgusting. According to Google, these guys updated their hours merely one hour ago to reflect a 1900 closing time. So, yeah, I drive out to Sugar Land and... it's closed. Great job, guys. Just... great job. As a practical point of advice from someone who has since moved on from successfully running retail outlets, I would advise you that a reputation for reliability and consistency are key to your survival as a small business. And today, you managed to clothesline yourself on that relatively low hurdle.

After going to big name stores without doubting them, I come to find out that Ace DID have EXACTLY what I needed! 2 fellows helped me, and one didn't know as much as the other, but they both CAME to me as soon as they saw me wandering about. You don't see that at the big stores! Shout out to Stevie, he came, he saw, and he literally solved my problem at a moment's glance!
