New service manager Noe is Cold to customers in person and over the phone. I have been in store and spoke to this manager and he doesn’t Acknowledge customers. I’ve been a customer for over 20 years and the last time I experienced a manager this rude was in 1999. We all know, and understand that the merchandise is overpriced because you are renting to own, so it takes advantage of people who may not have the money or credit to purchase for a real store. However, We are still customers and still spending our money in this establishment, with the new manager Noe that has put in place to replace Carlos the store is going to lose a lot of revenue. I am seriously considering closing my accounts, and returning all merchandise.

Easy to get but a pain to deal with. I was late on a payment by days and didn't answer the phone. They popped up at my house with a truck to recover merchandise. The guy was nice and said he will try back later for the payment but it's still an awkward feeling and unprofessional. I am thinking about just returning the items and going somewhere else because they are a headache seriously.

Unfortunately I can’t give any stars, the sales ladies are amazing and great customer service unfortunately I can’t say the same for the store Manager he is unprofessional, rude and should not be on that position . It takes more to be a store manager. I wouldn’t recommend anyone dealing with him.

Aaron's Rosenberg has been very patient and kind to me with all the hiked up pricing everyone is doing. They have been very fair and understanding wit me. They even did a redo without me requesting it.

I gave it a one star i took my mother there and Melissa galvan was so rude and impatient when we started asking question. I didn't catch the name of the other employee that kindly stepped in to help but by then I wasnt interested in renting from the Aaron's in Rosenberg.

I will be glad when I’m done paying off what I have in a couple of months. I have rented from this location more than twice over a period of 20 yrs and up until recently with my last and current purchase I Believe I’m being harassed and all of a sudden they tell me the rules have changed. I only owe about three more payments and they treat me like I’m a new customer who they can’t trust to make payments. I believe this guy has a personal vendetta against me and for this reason I will no longer rent from this location or any Aaron’s or even refer my friends/family. These people just love to harass their customers. I’m in need of some living room furniture and I would rather pay more at a different furniture store for my next purchase than to deal with the hassle and harassment from Aaron’s!!!!!
