My son, for some reason, is obsessed with 7-Eleven. Maybe its the catchy name, or the joy of walking into a convenient store and being able to pick out your favorite snacks. Or maybe its the quality time that we are spending together. Whatever the reason, we have decided to begin a new trend:We are going to visit a new 7-Eleven store each weekend to find the best one! He is super excited about this adventure and anxious to see what each store has to offer. Our first review is of this one. It was a convenient place to stop on the way back in to Rosenberg. It is located directly after the bridge and a quick right turn (left if you are leaving Rosenberg) will take you to the store. My first impression of the store was, "Eh, I've seen nicer stores." There were 2 slushie machines, each with 2 flavors to choose from. We decided to get the mystery Pokémon flavors and we have a blast trying to decide what the flavor was.The 5 star review is for the cashier who checked us out. I wish I caught her name, but she was wonderful and incredibly patient with my son. He was so excited to tell her what flavor he thought the slushie was, and she was kindly interacting with him.So, this was stop one on our journey to find the best 7-Eleven. Can't wait to see what the next one brings!

The workers are lazy, the store is always out of stock because the workers just sit behind the registers playing on there phones.

I ask the assistant manager to have their weeds cut in the back of the store right next to my building but nothing has been done. I just finished pulling theirweeds out of my burger bar on the back of of my building but their are still lots of weeds on the store property. So not too much of a good neighbor. If the problem isn't taken care of my next call will be to code enforcement

Very poor customer service. My dad went in at a later time today around 8pm. The African American female with short hair working the register was not near the register and on the phone. As my dad called for help at the register she answered with “don’t rush me “ and as he walked off she talked to the person on the phone about him using profane language. She must’ve thought he didn’t understand English, but he understood everything very well. People like her make customers never want to return.

I haven't had to give 2 star ratings due to bad customer service before but I guess there's a first time for everything. This is my first time at the 7-Eleven in Rosenberg and I was very impressed with their coffee station. However when I took a cup and a lid I did not see any coffee canisters sitting out or pots. I asked the first associate I saw and asked her if they were going to be making any more coffee. She simply asked me "What kind do you want?" I told her regular is fine; just as long as it's not decaf. Instead of assisting me, she just quietly walked away from me. I stood there for a good 5 minutes before I saw that same associate and a customer to the right of me, at a different section of the store. The customer was holding a coffee cup as well. It turns out that at this particular 7-Eleven the coffee station is separate of the the station where you would find the cups and the creamer and the sugar. When I realized this I felt like a ditz; and frankly, I I am very confused as to why this associate did not lead me to the other station or at least point to it. Instead I was under the impression that she was going towards the back to get some more coffee to sit out. When I found the coffee I saw her she glanced at me and I was completely ignored. My family and I just moved to Rosenberg from Richmond, so I get that when new people move into a small town where everyone knows each other, there will be different reactions. But my husband is a Veteran of the USMC and our our special military issued license plates prove it. Not to mention I'm a true native Houston Texan and here in Texas there's supposed to be something called "Southern Hospitality". This means you are polite with that new family that moves into town. You must have the sense to know they're not going to know their way around the store or how the store operates. It's our Texas culture to be hospitable and help the new family feel welcome not make a fool out of them. I treat everyone with a certain amount of respect because I have a pride as the lawfully wedded wife of a Marine. I feel the Fort Bend natives should treat ME with the same respect I show them first. Not out of pride for just the military families, but out of pride knowing we live in the greatest country in the world. Why would you just let me hang like that????

I'm just going to say don't go in there when it's an all black staff..the old black lady never listens and is always yelling or talking about customers I don't think she competent to do the job..basically I never get what I go for and have to go to another store cause I rather not deal with her and just to clear it up I am black myself and just find it so disappointing. I go to to make a purchase and get gas and pay cash she asking me if I have change I'm like no just this 20 she lets me purchase my items but as go to leave ask where I'm going then gives me back the money that was suppose to go to gas after yelling for me to repeat myself 5 times

They are already ghettofying this store. I went in this morning to get some Dip, the large female employee quickly told me they didn't have it. I then asked Ifor another brand and she sarcasticly replied "a who?". I mean, I asked for a brand, not an individual. I told her nevermind and left. I also go for tacos and several times the cook hadn't showed up, so there's no food. I basically wasted my time ever time I make a trip there. And I was so excited to finally have 7-11 back.. Smh

I love this locations and faith the manager is amazing. I've been a big fan of stripes and now that everything has been changing to 7 eleven I was kinda worried. But everything Is just how I remember.

Want to applaud the staff at this location for their friendliness. Went in on 7/18/21 and was incredibly impressed by how warm and welcoming everyone working there is. Perk that the store is incredibly clean (witnessed one staff member dusting equipment down as we were in there)

All employees are straight a**. I honestly don't know how they hire people that can't do their job right.
