I purchased a necklace from Vickie's Gifts and two weeks later it was all tarnished. I have sent five emails, and have had messaged with customer support on their website three times. It has been well over a month and still no response nor resolution. I will continue to message them each week until we find a solution. The jewelry isn't priced the cheapest- so I am just trying to get the quality that I paid for! I would recommend to NOT purchase anything online.
