**ATTENTION** I'm traveling for work. I have a medical condition. I am aided by a fully trained service animal for my medical condition. The only two legal questions the staff should ask are: 1. Is it a service animal? 2. What service is the animal trained to perform? After this, it is legally not permissible for them to ask me any more questions or hinder the service animal's ability to assist me in public places. I am reporting the issue to the company and to the ADA as the manager is responsible for the training and the behavior of the employees.

This store is supposed to be open 24/7. It seems that its closed every day at early hours. I have been there multiple times in a week and have found the doors to be locked from 2AM til around 5AM with no person observed inside the store. Ridiculous

The workers in this location need better training in customer service. They are very rude to customers. They need to quit their job if they hate it so much and give someone else who wants to work the opportunity to do their job better.
