Wish their website indicates no walk-in after 4pm. I’ve called a few times with no answer. Decided to come in 1 hour before closing only to be turned away and I’m 9 months pregnant. ?

I am calling right now and canceling our next visit. I picked him up and didn't really get a good look at him until I got home. I am very disappointed . I specifically asked when I scheduled him if they knew how to groom schnauzers. His skirt was cut completely off and his cut is uneven everywhere. I did speak with the owner after i dropped him off and was told that his skin was very dry and while that conversation was informative and helpful. I had no idea that this would be the end result. The cotton ball is from me wiping his coat. Did he even recieve a bath. I haven't complained in person because I have had a rough day and this was the tail end. I didn't want to go ballistic. No pun intended. Never again!!!!!!

For people who read reviews:
Before you make an appointment ask what "fit-in" appointments are. It's my understanding they are staggering appointments so the groomers are bathing multiple dogs in the same time-slot. Also be aware of their cancelation period. Woof Gang had my business for a decade, not just with baths but also popping in for treats every now and then. Because I wasn't comfortable with the "fit-in" appointment and I didn't cancle within the cancelation period I now "owe" half of the bath fees for my dogs when the groomer is already being paid for the dogs without a "fit-in" appointment. Not only would I pay twice as much to know my dog isn't sitting wet in a cage as another dog is being washed and dried, but here the groomers get paid twice as much to do exactly that to your dog.

Today was the first time my dog was groomed here. The groomer did an excellent job. I have tried two other places here in Rockwall and I was not happy with their services. Snowball will be a forever customer with Woof Gang Bakery. Shout out to Jackie for doing a wonderful job and to the staff for providing excellent customer service.

A little bummed writing this. Brought my dog in for a full groom. I noticed his haircut was a bit..off. Took him home and the entire week I’ve had 5 different people ask me if I did the cut myself because it was so terrible ?. It’s uneven all over. $90+ what a bummer.

Nica at the Rockwall location is always kind and patient with my maltipoo. She is the best professional groomer there. I don't know what I would do without her.

I love that my dog doesn't have to stay in a crate all day here. I dont have to drop her off early. I show up, they take her back and i pick her up immediately after. They call as soon as she is finished. While she is getting pampered, I shop next door at Target or Acadamy.

Since my girl started blowing her coat a little extra this year, I decided to take her to Woof Gang for a little extra help. I'm pretty picky about who she goes to for just about everything but they did really good. They listened to my requests (trim paw pads and de-shed/brush-out) and she came out so fluffy and clean. Pretty happy about the results!
