Today I picked up a ring that belonged to my mother who passed in 2018. Mom always wore it on her pinky finger, but I wanted it larger and I also noticed a prong was wore down. After checking with another jeweler in the Rockwall area the quote was so ridiculously high, I didn’t think I could ever afford to get it done. Two years later I decided to see what Willis Fine Jewelry would charge. From the moment I walked in, Christina was so helpful and friendly. She noticed the prong and was able to give me a firm price for the repair and sizing. Within a few minutes the jeweler was able to confirm the process of the work that needed to be done.The repair took about a week and today, the pick up brought tears being able to wear my mom’s ring. They did a beautiful job! I won’t ever go anywhere else for future jewelry needs.I forgot to mention the price was less than what I had expected and more reasonable.

Awesome service! I Call Willis jewelery and speak to Herlinda who is Awesome at her job,she is very joyful and great customer service. A couple days later my wife and I bring her wedding rings in for resizing ,and the gentleman we deal with is Tom . Tom was patient,and very detailed on what we wanted done on resizing. My wife's rings are ready,and we arrive to pick up her rings and we are greeted by a young lady by the name of Christina who is amazing...she greets you with a big smile, and provides superb customer service. Herlinda, Tom,and Christina thank you so much my wife is so excited with her rings,and you will be our Jewelery store.

I had an issue with losing a diamond on my anniversary band. I called and spoke to Christina and she took care of getting a replacement stone for my ring. They sent the ring to the manufacturer to make sure this did not happen again. The whole process was so smooth and stress free for me. If you are looking for a jeweler, look no further.
