I recently visited the Wells Fargo branch in Rockwall and it was an absolute nightmare. The wait times in line were excruciatingly long, as if they had no regard for their customers' time. Not only were the lines long, but the staff was utterly unhelpful and seemed indifferent to the chaos around them.To make matters worse, the branch was severely understaffed. It felt like there were more customers than employees, and the few staff members present seemed overwhelmed and unable to handle the volume of people waiting. It's astonishing that a bank of this size and reputation would operate with such disregard for customer service. We waited in line for over 30 minutes. I wanted to get to the teller To be told well you have to make an appointment to do that. This is for my 16-year-old daughter. Here is the kicker there’s no appointments available for two weeks. This place sucks. And can you believe it? They don't even have coffee available for customers waiting in line. It's like they want to maximize our discomfort and frustration. In this day and age, where customer experience is crucial, Wells Fargo in Rockwall is failing miserably.Overall, my experience with Wells Fargo in Rockwall was beyond disappointing. I would strongly advise anyone against banking with them unless they enjoy wasting their time and being treated like an inconvenience.

Had mostly good experiences with Wells Fargo as a whole. This branch has me strongly considering switching banks all together. They have twice confirmed appointments with me while short a banker and then asked me to be patient as they try to ‘squeeze me in’. Then the person who ‘helped’ close on our home. She completely dropped the ball having us think for several hours I would be unable to close due to her clerical error. If you’re going to use WF, I’d at least recommend not using this branch. What a worthless lot they are.

Used the Rockwall branch for the first time and we were helped immediately by an associate personal banker, Jon Tarell. Great experience, great guy. The other staff were pleasant and polite.

APPOLONIA were the most unprofessional bank teller. Came in to get assistance with a service and unfortunately got this person, within a couple of minutes she started to rush the process and wouldn't let me verify all the information properly, she seems like she doesn't want to be there and hated her job. Been banking with WF for 2 decades and this was the worst experience with a teller.

Client for over 20 years, closing all accounts. Went in to take off my mother that's in a nursing home and Medicaid will not fund bc this account is attached in case something happens to me, She is not even a primary on account, I have full durable power of attorney and still they would not remove unless she comes in. I had no issue with any financial institution for any matter except wells fargo.

I've called several times and they kick my to the automated system. When I went this morning to open 2 new accounts, I was turned away because they were "too busy" and was forced to schedule an appointment. Between this morning and now, the $300 I was going to use to open an account was stolen from my car. Had they actualy helped their customers when they take time out of their day to come innperson, they would not have lost a customer and I wouldn't have lost alot of money. I'll be closing my wells Fargo accounts tomorrow and going to Texas trust bank.

I go over to do a routine withdrawal, and the manager gets both my accounts locked and scheduled for closure. Claiming to be fraud.New grievance: Apparently, their employees are inept fools who don't even know their own policies. I try to pay a negative balance because of their idiocy, btw, and they tell me I have to waste more time to sit down with another worthless employee just to pay off $70 that they say I owe.

Banks will be banks, meaning that they are in the business of taking your money for anything and everything. Begrudgingly I use them till the day we all are using blockchains. Despite people's complaints, I have banked with Wells Fargo for over 20 years without incident. My feelings on banks notwithstanding, I had a fantastic interaction earlier this week. I needed a form notarized and Mrs. Keri Grant was an absolute gem. Just like her male counterpart (Cary Grant), she was charismatic; very lovely. She was also very knowledgeable about my banking needs and even provided her business card to follow up on my next steps. If her coworkers are half as competent, I would recommend visiting this location.

The tellers in this bank are so kind. I have witnessed twice how they go out of their way to help older people.
