The manager, Kimberly, is absolutely disrespectful. I came into the store, to buy a few items. As I was in the back of the store, a young male worker harassed me by making several gang signs at me and locked back. I called to complain about what happened and was abruptly interrupted by Kimberly, who sarcastically said “sir sir, I will look on the cameras, as we have good cameras and I will get with the associate, goodbye!” And hung up, without allowing me to finish what happened, of how harassed I felt. This is a clear example of poor management here.

They graciously allowed us and a few others to seek shelter there for a while during that bad storm shortly after 6am as the sirens were going off. They lost power a minute after we got in.. Thank you Neighborhood Walmart!

I love the pharmacy at this location because the pharmacist’s and staff are always so helpful and friendly. They are the best!!

The manager on duty is very racist and disrespectful. She refused to return an item I bought from another Walmart. She claimed my receipt looked fake. I also had the card I paid with and showed her my Walmart app showing the same transaction. I was just trying to do a simple exchange. I drove 10 minutes down the street (not the Walmart I purchased from and not a super center) and had no problem with my return.

Braydon is easily the best employee I’ve encountered. I was having difficulty at the self checkout and he came over to assist me. He asked me about my day and solved my issue. He then went on to bad my groceries for me. Great employee, Walmart got Lucky.

From the time I walked, to the time I left, I was being watched as it is, if I was stealing. Also, when checking out, I had (2) workers watching me the whole time Very rude service! I only shop at Walmart 2 to 3 times a year, for many reasons.
This will be a last for me!!!

House sitting for family members while they are on vacation so my grocery go to place is the Walmart Neighborhood Market in Rockwall, TX. Convenient location and employees are always very helpful.

My favorite walmart market. Never long lines. I can get in and out quickly. It's clean and organized.

Not worth the trouble anymore. Store has been on a steady decline since covid. Rude employees are now common place. Going forward, will not be shopping here anymore.
