Today I went into the Ridge Road Pharmacy and they diligently worked together to get medication that was tied up by other pharmacies filing claims against it to receive payment and to prevent other pharmacies from being able to process while they do nothing with it in the name of a BACK ORDER. And in most cases your order is no longer considered when the medication is in stock when a claim beyond a week or two is on it.The Ridge Rd pharmacy showed me that they were concerned that it had been over a month with no medication and called my insurance company and gave me the numbers to the pharmacies that needed to reverse the claim they put against my prescription. Until finally I went home with medication in hand.I can’t thank the staff enough, Shonda and Crystal and others for going the extra mile.

After CVS messed up my passport photo and I had to have it redone- their staff told me they weren't even a passport place when I returned (then why is it on Rush my passport website as a recommendation)Anyway the lady at the checkout at CVS referred me to Walgreens so I came over and Miss Cynthia helped me and what a joy she is! So much help and a delightful personality.

I called waited on hold and when I finally got a hold of the pharmacy it was a pharmacist tech currently at 1:55 p.m. Tuesday that answered she was friendly but I needed to have my prescription transfer there and there's a shortage on my medication and I wanted to make sure they have it in stock so I asked her if they had it in stock she refused to give me that information so I asked to talk to the pharmacist she told me have a nice day I will put you on a brief hold to get a hold of the pharmacist and hung up on me

I do not recommend this Walgreens. I have been waiting in the pharmacy drive thru for over 20 minutes and cannot leave because I am stuck between cars. Does anyone work in the pharmacy on Thursday nights?

This is by far the rudest and slowest pharmacy in Rockwall. The customer service is worse than a 1st grader and the lack of compassion they have for any situation is unbelievable. Don't try and call them, you'll sit on hold for over two hours. Unfortunately I've had to deal with them a few times over the last week and it's been less than pleasant. I will never use this pharmacy again and I'm pretty close to not using Walgreens any longer.

Same as everyone else. Pharmacy is absolutely unorganized and they LOVE to waste your time. It's always "give me 15 minutes" and after that it's "give me 15 minutes more". Utter trash. If it's not some insurance complication, then it'll be the whole 15 minute wait.

The pharmacy is horrible I was told to come pick up my meds will be ready in 40 min two hours later I show up after a 30 min drive to be told no we don't have it. Customers have been standing here 30 and 40 min in line with rude employees. Place is a joke I will not come back my meds were called in on the 18 it is the 26

Never have the prescriptions needed on hand. This is not a one time thing, this is literally every time we go there, they are always short one or two items.

Pharmacy never has prescriptions ready, takes 30 mins to throw birth control in a bag. Sometimes days of continuously trying to pick up one prescription.

This pharmacy is always busy but they do a good job of getting customers through the drive-through as quickly as possible. Employees are friendly and courteous. The store is well stocked and has a great greeting card selection.

By far the worst experience I've ever encountered with the customer service representative was today at Walgreens Cynthia destiny and Spencer needs to Be relieved of their duties because the rudeness is unmatched Spencer took his time coming from the back to assist destiny in the front Walking with his hands in his pockets like We're On his time Destiny Cynthia And Cynthia says it's something she's Doing when it was the register the whole time all I did was Slide my card I don't care that I'm using EBT at the register while she's YELLING are we still taking FOOD STAMPS that's what it's for I knew it was going to be the worse transaction because when I walked up I said no response and I also said I'm sorry I'm needing chocolate lol i gave her the money cash first and tries to pay the rest with my EBT CARD it wouldn't slide then she threw the receipt in my bag and they all just had the worst attitude to be a customer service representative when those are the last people you see exiting the property and you receive attitude I would not have them working for me not like this

Honestly, this pharmacy is only good because it's opened for 24 hours. this makes it extremely convenient. they keep trying to give me generic meds even though i have never filled the generic and have always received the Brand name. They also refused to fill it as Brand and I always have to talk to the pharmacist to Ok it. The Pharmacy Techs seems a bit incompetent and they tried to give me 1/3 of my prescription saying that it was a full fill. Another time, they gave me like 1/10th of my prescription and when I asked them why it's so little, they let me know it was a partial fill. I was a Pharm Tech so I know that they're supposed to inform you when it's a partial fill and let you decide if you want it. I feel like they keep trying to give me wrong medication all the time. It's super frustrating to always have to double check their work. that's why they have the pharm tech and pharmacist check before it's marked complete, but each time they are wrong. If they have messed up my meds so many time, I'm afraid to see how many other meds they have messed up and have gone unnoticed. I have never had another pharmacy give me so much trouble.
