I have had many terrible experiences at Walgreens in North Rockwall over the last several years. The front of the store is lovely! The people are so kind and helpful. They make your day a little better every time you go in! In complete contrast, the pharmacy is terrible! The pharmacy workers are incredibly rude, crass, and unmannerly! The least essential concern of their workday is their customers. To put it bluntly, they speak to their customers like dogs! NO! People in Rockwall are very kind to their dogs! They talk to their customers like they dread the sound or sight of them. I realize they are busy. I realize customers can also be horrible, but there are those customers who are also busy, tired, picking up prescriptions because they are ill, have severe medical conditions, are dying of cancer, are going through chemotherapy, have just learned life-altering bad news, and the list goes on. We have to pick up medicine!What happens? You must deal with the person at the window who talks to you like you have ruined their day! I had called the corporate office before I picked up my latest prescription today. I called because the girl on the phone was coarse and seemed irritated with me when I called about my meds. When I picked them up at the drive-thru window, the girl at the window was so rude! I don't know why it is so shocking every time you hear it! I was harsh in return! I felt terrible and called the store to apologize!! Before I could apologize, Mike, the pharmacist on duty, was a complete jerk! A COMPLETE JERK!! Before I could even get a word out of my mouth!! Now I understand why his employees are so rude!

Stopped in along my route today to pick up some tweezers, and could not get over how absolutely filthy this store is. The carpet has obviously not been vacuumed or cleaned in a very long time and while waiting in line at the register, there was all kinds of hair balls, trash and debris up along the edges. A pharmacy should have a higher threshold for cleanliness, and this is not it. It was disgusting and I won't be back, and I would certainly never want to obtain my prescriptions there. This wasn't a missed shift of cleaning... quite obvious it has not been cleaned in quite some time.

Rude people, order was supposed to be ready at 9:30, then 10:30, then 11:00, then 11:40. Never a sorry, a thank you, etc. never again.

It doesn't surprise me that this location ranks a 2.7. It will be lower when I'm finished. I have always placed delivery orders from this location, today my purchase showed delivered, and it wasn't. I called this store and spoke to a female that said " there's nothing we can do except give you a refund, and make sure you look around your house". I said look around my house? She said yes, and then call whoever you made the order through. I said I am calling who I placed the order through. I have done this a dozen times, I just need you to call the company that Walgreens has designated to make their deliveries. She said oh we can't do that. So here I am trying to explain to this person that I have a leg injury and I needed that order (medicine) and she just hangs up the phone. 2 hours later after me calling door dash, Uber etc I am told it was delivered to the wrong address. I call the store back and the same female answers and I tell her I need my order redelivered, and she says I can do a refund and you can go back into the app and do another order - I was appalled at the lack of service this person was offering so I ask for a manager and she said I am the manager! I will NEVER do business at this location again!

I moved my prescriptions to another pharmacy due to the rudeness of the pharmacy staff. I didn't get names and hopefully the offensive parties are long gone by now but, "How can I help you real quick?" is not my idea of good customer service. There was 7 minutes until lunchtime and my transaction took 45 seconds, (yes I timed it). This happened twice. Another incident occurred when I was reading a sign posted that said, prescriptions could not be filed because a pharmacist was not on duty. While I was reading, an associate started rudely asking could he help me. I tried to explain that I was reading the sign and that I could come back and he repeated loudly, "CAN I HELP YOU!" This location needs extensive training in customer relations.

They are a pharmacy that never has the prescriptions needed on hand. This is not a one time thing, this is every time we go they are always short one or two items. Then today, after being told this location did not have the prescription on hand, I went to their 24 hour location and was told the N. Goliad location was showing all of the prescriptions on hand and available. There are way too many other pharmacy options that have better customer service. Hopefully others will have a better experience, but I’m taking my business elsewhere after years of patience trying to deal with this.

I am not sure why this pharmacy has a lower rating. I’ve picked up a few prescriptions for my family and although the wait time may vary at times, I’ve had nothing but positive experiences (phone calls, prescriptions etc). People need to understand these pharmacists aren’t magicians and work as fast as they can. There are always variables with delayed prescriptions, information etc. Have some mercy on these guys. Whoever has complaints should work behind the counter for a day. I bet their views would change quickly.

I've been using these good folks for quite some time, actually long enough to essentially watch Tyler grow up! He's always empathetic, helpful and prompt - a real good dude that is there because he wants to help you, the customer. The staff here seems to always be right on top of it. Things are a whole lot more complicated now than they were 10 years ago, yet this staff stays in tact and keeps on smiling. They persevere and I can count on them. I have been getting my scripts there for over a decade. BV.

The pharmacy staff is not profesional. They are really slow. Go to CVS or Kroger.I went to pick us a medication at 1. They said it t would be ready after 2. I said I could wait. They said it didn’t matter it would be an hour. I left, on my way home I receive a message that it is ready. It’s 1:15 so I turn around. When I get there they are closed for lunch. Waste time f time.
