It doesn't surprise me that this location ranks a 2.7. It will be lower when I'm finished.I have always placed delivery orders from this location, today my purchase showed delivered, and it wasn't. I called this store and spoke to a female that said " there's nothing we can do except give you a refund, and make sure you look around your house". I said look around my house? She said yes, and then call whoever you made the order through. I said I am calling who I placed the order through. I have done this a dozen times, I just need you to call the company that Walgreens has designated to make their deliveries. She said oh we can't do that.So here I am trying to explain to this person that I have a leg injury and I needed that order (medicine) and she just hangs up the phone. 2 hours later after me calling door dash, Uber etc I am told it was delivered to the wrong address. I call the store back and the same female answers and I tell her I need my order redelivered, and she says I can do a refund and you can go back into the app and do another order - I was appalled at the lack of service this person was offering so I ask for a manager and she said I am the manager!I will NEVER do business at this location again!

I've been using these good folks for quite some time, actually long enough to essentially watch Tyler grow up! He's always empathetic, helpful and prompt - a real good dude that is there because he wants to help you, the customer. The staff here seems to always be right on top of it. Things are a whole lot more complicated now than they were 10 years ago, yet this staff stays in tact and keeps on smiling. They persevere and I can count on them. I have been getting my scripts there for over a decade. BV.

Issue 1. Wasn't supposed to put script on insurance, did it anyway and now I have to deal with this location's incompetence every month.Issue 2. Called in refill twice and each time they had no record of me requesting a refill and I had to come back for a third timed This place is just the picture of incompetence and once my refills run I will never come back again

1 star at best. Never used another pharmacy outside of Walgreens but this location is forcing me to look elsewhere. The drive thru is an absolute joke, they have the pharmacist giving vaccines which holds up the entire process, slow and unfriendly staff, etc. My review isn't based on 1 or even 3 experiences but rather 10+ and everytime it's the same outcome.

The worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I get a call this morning reminding me my prescription is ready for pickup. I go and find out the pharmacy is closed because the pharmacist is too afraid to drive in the condition. Don’t mind that there were two friendly, young adults working with no issues. All I can say is the pharmacist at this Walgreens is a joke. They could have at least sent out a message saying the pharmacy is closed so that customers don’t have to drive in this condition since the pharmacist was worried about their own safety. Don’t mind the customers’ safety.

Most friendly staff and fastest service I've had in Rockwall (I've used 24hr CVS, 24hr Walgreens, N Goliad CVS). I'm not the most patient person & have been very persnickety with this pharmacy's staff in the past. Surprisingly, I have ALWAYS been greeted with patience, education, & professionalism. I am very appreciative of their customer service skills, quality of service and willingness to educate me.

I had to pick up my medicine before heading to work and based on your online hours it's shows 8-10. No pharmacy hours and I was told by the cashier in front the hours are on the door. That's nice but some of us don't have time to drive to store to check the hours.

I just left the north Walgreens after using their on line "Express Gimmick ". That's all it is, A Gimmick. It definitely doesn't save any time at all. They only had the express register open and the people in front of me were buying a lot of non Rx stuff. Don't waste your time with the Latest Walgreens Gimmick. You gain nothing for the extra effort it takes to set it up on line. Mike

So, a couple of years ago the pharmacy gives my prescription to someone else, who calls to let me know and the pharmacy actually tells me that he shouldn't have...as it violated my privacy. Seriously. They give him my meds, he wants to make sure that I know, and they accuse HIM of violating my privacy. Thought it was a one-time mistake. Until today. Get home with someone else's Rx. Wish I knew the person, because he should also be aware of Walgreen's mistake. The only excuse I was given was "we've filled a lot of the same prescriptions today." Surprised (maybe I shouldn't be) that a Pharmacist or Manager didn't come up and apologize. Hey, CVS - how's your customer service? Am thinking I'm overdo for a change.

I went into this Walgreens today 1/15/2019 the Christmas clearance should be 90% off I tried buying Christmas Gift Bags they did not ring up 90% off and the manager REFUSED to give it to me at the discount price!!!! I called their corporate office and they informed me that the clearance pricing is decided by the store manager and a district supervisor would give me a call back in 5-7 business days!!!! Do Not go here expecting 90% off !!!! What a waste of my time!!!!!!
