Just left the store. 468. of groceries. Not one thank you. Not one hello. Nothing. The cashier was no better than a robot. If I was the manager I would keep an eye on your employees. Just plain rude.

Prices are higher on average, but they have good sales. You really need to watch your receipt to make sure items rang up correctly.

Generally the curbside is a convenience for sure. Frequently out of stock items though. If you buy alcohol you must type in all of your own info from your drivers license... somewhat defeating the purpose of the curbside convenience.

Tried the pick up option for the first time. Absolute waste of money and time. Two items that were “in stock” were actually out of stock and there was no substitution available. Sure, no big deal. I’ll stop at another store on the way home, run in and grab those items.
Getting home, I go through all the items and I’m missing two things from my order. I was given a yellow bell pepper instead of a yellow onion and I was missing the cabbage completely.
Never again.

This store used to be amazing. Evidently management changed. The bakery used to be the best in town, especially the bagels and donuts. Now they have gone extremely cheap in size and toppings. It’s been my experience that the bakery employees ignore the customers and begrudgingly help you. The quality in the deli prepared food and bake goods has seriously diminished. I wish I had taken pics of the baked goods back when they were perfection to compare to how they look now.
I used to be a loyal Tom Thumb shopper. I know my review will do nothing to bring back the same level of quality, so today was my last purchase. Whoever used to make the gigantic cheese and jalapeño bagels with cheese dripping all the way down the sides and the everything ones with seasoning covering the entire bagel, you did a great job and made the store lots of money.
