“I went to the thrift store and was looking forward to walking over to the boutique, but unfortunately I never made it out of the thrift store because I found so many items that I really liked. I have only been to a few thrift stores where I have found so many items that I liked in one place! This was a haul experience for me!”
“1st time to stop by and thrift. Omg such a big fun place full of bins to dig through. Lots of rooms labeled with there treasures. A very large selection. It was 1/2 price day and I had a cart full. The 2 ladies behind the counter where so nice and friendly they made the experience so much fun.”

“This is our family’s home away from home! We love this place and adore the owners, Chris and Tina. Both are genuine, hard working and care deeply about people and the community. The thrift store is beyond what I’ve ever experienced and they keep improving it all the time. Prices are beyond reasonable and has made shopping for shoes, clothes, toys, gifts, etc. manageable for our family of 10! Tuesdays and mid month are our favorites but they have hosted ladies nights, Christmas decorating parties, and outside toy and bag sales. This store is the epitome of customer service. And I’ve read where folks drive 45+ minutes to come. It’s worth it!”
“Always so organized. I’ve bought many items from them, and the clothes are always quality. They also take donations, and what they don’t keep they give to a women’s shelter. Its a great system!”

“I always find something when I go. Store is generally clean, employees helpful. Only downfall is they do not answer the phone. I left an item I purchased and could not get in touch with anyone to verify if it was at the counter.”
“Love Helping Hands Thrift Store in Rockwall. However, they are in the process of building a new store, and it does get hectic in the parking lot. Just be patient, and we will have a really nice new store. They make the drop-off procedures pretty easy and have staff to unload your vehicles. The store is very clean and over the years is the best organized I've seen. The staff has been working hard to make sure the store is organized well. They also have the Botique store in a separate building where they offer more upscale finds. I can not wait to see the new buildings and know it will be awesome for the community.”
