Based on response from owner, I am changing my review. I understand how people can have issues and not be their best self everyday. I will give them the benefit of the doubt and return another day. Although, I do think a lot of the merchandise is overpriced. Changing my review from 2 stars to the middle 3 stars.

Beautiful, sturdy furniture with so much style! We were greeted promptly and staff was very friendly. I would recommend checking this place out if you’re looking for statement pieces.

I have shopped at rustic warehouse for many years and I will tell you that I’ve never found better quality or more professional people than I have with owners Al and Mattie. This h OK let me finish this. We have furnished our entire new home with their furniture and they answer our calls the minute we reach out, and they are more than willing to accommodate whatever needs we have had! You will not find a better selection or more professional service then you will with the Rustic family. Rick and Marcia Eddy

Stopped by recently, amazing products and great showcase of rustic collection. Friendly atmosphere, quite different from big box retailer. Al Vivo - Owner is super customer friendly and provided a great experience showcasing their product. Unique is that they have warehouse attached to the shop and with most of display's are in stock for ready to pick up. Would definitely recommend if you are on market to look for unique rustic collections for your home.

This place is cool. Didn’t find it to have the inventory I thought for how big the building looks from the outside. I went on looking for a specific piece of furniture. But nothing else caught my eye to really be interested in.

Went here just to look around because my wife been wanting to go here for a while. This place is huge and they have a lot to look at. While walking through the warehouse we met the owner Al. He was great and helped us find an entry way table. One thing I liked about Al is his honesty. He helped us find what was in our budget and gave us different options. Not everyday do you meet an owner that's care about their customers as much as Al and his wife. I'll definitely be going back and if you're in the area stop by and check it out for yourself.

I used to love shopping here, but the prices have increased so much over the last 2 years that I cannot afford to purchase items from this store. You can find more affordable or equally priced furniture at Pottery Barn, so why not do that? This week I could not find a single dining table (just the table) option under $1500. Two years ago I sent everyone here, now I do not refer anyone. Everything inside is beautiful and mostly good quality, it’s just too expensive.

We came here from Lindale, looking for a dinning table, chairs and china hutch. We found it all at a great price. The owner helped us and showed us around. We mixed and matched and I LOVE what we bought! Great experience awesome people.

This is my favorite place to shop for all my home decorating and most furniture needs. I admit the name threw me off and I didn’t try it out for over a year thinking it was rustic Texas furniture. It’s anything but!! They have tons of vendors and a wide variety of furniture and home decor. Try them out and you won’t be disappointed if you like unique finds from new to vintage.
