Paid thousands of dollars for a bookcase, and it's been a horrible experience--from the late delivery, to it now cracking and splintering down both sides (each of which is 1-3' long), to an unacceptable resolution. When I kept trying to contact them about the damage, I just got a guilt trip about how they had a death in the family a month ago, so people are out of office, and that things like this happen with reclaimed wood in new environments. After asking if it was "bothersome" to me, they sent me wood glue filler to fix it myself. However, the glue filler does not match, and they provided no stain to paint over it. Definitely shop elsewhere if you are looking for a quality product and professional customer service.

If i could give them 10 stars i would! Ordered some of the "real feel" garlands and they are AMAZING! I just doubled my order because i want to put them up EVERYWHERE!

I really wish I could leave a good review. If you can visit in person, I'm sure your experience will be different. I would NEVER recommend ordering online. They do not offer a return policy, which I was aware of. Unfortunately I wasn't home when my Hallie Wavy Breakfront console arrived in January, my hubby took delivery with a broken shelf which they were going to replace. When I looked at the piece, I noticed that the driver left an imprint of the measurements for the shelf on the top of the piece, which can't be fixed, & when pointed out, no-one offered a solution (still hasn't) no apologies either, just an 'yeah it's a soft wood'. Gee thanks for explaining that. When I received the replacement shelf, it didn't fit. My solution was to send the broken one back, which I did in April, it's now June 29. I haven't heard from this company AT ALL. They could have made a completely new console at this rate. In addition, it's horrible quality, not a symmetrical piece, uneven on each side, coming apart already in places, another shelf is broken, the list goes on. I would DEFINITELY not recommend this store unless you can go in and inspect the products personally. Their NO REFUND policy apparently also includes a WE DON'T MAKE THINGS RIGHT policy too.

Mint Julep is a really nice furniture and home decor place. The staff are really nice and friendly. I drove from Little Elm. It was worth the drive.

Ordered a sideboard online from Pennsylvania. I was nervous with it having to travel so far, but it arrived yesterday and it’s beautiful. I appreciated the updates from the mint julep on when the freight order would arrive. Thank you!

I have a very large (10 person) dining table and struggled to find a centerpiece that was formal enough to match the quality of the furniture but soothing enough to make the room appealing. The beautiful extra large floral arrangement on a dough bowl from Mint Julep was exactly what I wanted. I searched for months before finally finding this and am happy that I ordered it. It came in two or three weeks, was packaged well, and is exactly as pictured.

This establishment is amazing! It's full of amazing decor. They have furniture, draperies and everything to add finishing touches to your home.A special thanks to Wesley, Tess and Gina for taking the time to decorate my house. Now it looks like a home. Everything is updated with a modern fresh look.We love it!

We visited this store for some new Christmas decor. It did not disappoint! We found so many fun new items! The store was filled to the brim with all sorts of decor! Definitely a place to visit!

BEWARE!!! They have very beautiful things in their shop and are super nice to your face but forget about getting a call back if there's a problem with your items/order. We purchased a table and 2 very expensive mirrors that they claimed they had in stock at their warehouse. The table is not leveled and they only had 1 mirror in stock. I've called 3 times now, spoken to 2 different ppl and have yet to get a call back about the status of the 2nd mirror nor what they're going to do about the table.

This store is BEAUTIFUL! I wish I could have everything inside of it! I shopped for days looking for the perfect table and chairs-I found them both at Mint Julep! The quality and design is exquisite and I’m so excited to see my new table and chairs in my dining room! Thank you for making this process so easy-I will most certainly return to shop other pieces I need.

This is the most beautiful store! The florals are gorgeous. I’ve bought several wreaths here. Outstanding dining room tables and home decor. Their designer Jill is currently helping me with a project. She’s very knowledgeable and helpful. The staff are super nice and accommodating! I’ll definitely be back!
