I tried to call and set an appointment as my husband just went here. Receptionist by the name of Sheena answered. Her lack of interest, sensitivity, and professionalism made me 100% sure that this is not the office for me nor my husband moving forward. She was uninterested and when I asked a question only after she asked if I was ok with a nurse practitioner, she laughed and said “I don’t know”… this made me feel so small. If you can speak to me like this over the phone representing this office, there is no way I’ll be taken care of as a patient. What a sad person this must be to set the tone for an office in such a manner

Shout out to Dr. stark for recommending I get the flu vaccine this year. It seems to be helping. Wife got whatever is going around Dallas this year, and it’s the worst in a decade. Vaccine hit me with all the symptoms, but in hindsight seems trivial compared to the coughing other folks have.Also, not sure how so many people have complaints about billing and scheduling in reviews. Staff seems pleasant. I don’t have those problems. Paid dues on-site same day, and made reminders on phone regarding future visits.

I have been seeing Dr. Bellinger for 3 years, however after today I don’t think I will be back.I went in with flu like symptoms. The staff hands you a COVID form and if you have any symptoms on there that overlap with covid, they will not see you in person. I had coughing, nausea, and sore throat but my main complain was nausea. I needed someone to look at my stomach and take an X-RAY. They refused.. demanded a Covid test and demanded a virtual only visit.This place needs to wake up and get with the times. I had no fever (confirmed by the receptionist). If you do go there… do NOT say yes to ANY Covid symptoms.I am more upset that they new my symptoms ahead of time (as I had to call to make a same day appointment and describe my pain), yet when I showed up, everything was blown out of proportion.

After a lengthy thread of text messages confirming my appt all up until 30 mins prior I'm refused to be seen because of obvious miscommunications on their part. They refused to 'work' me in their schedule even after seeing I had all the confirming text messages for this specific time. I won't be coming back. Pretty sure if a patient has confirmed an appt 3 times and 'no showed' they'd receive a bill.

I went to this clinic five days out of this week to receive lab work with results for a nursing program I am trying to enter into. I the test said it was inserted in ante twice. Each Time I asked a healthcare provider about what the results meant they did not give me an answer. on the fifth day I waited an hour to be taken back: for those lab work they denied me the ability to get the vaccine Because if my age. I asked what other clinics would provide the two dose vaccine and then refused to ask other clinics. now have gone to a CVS local pharmacy to receive the immunizations for myself. It is a shame that this clinic could not provide me with the care that I needed while I am looking up to those individuals. Sadly they have let me down. Do not go here they do not help.

I love seeing my Doctor's here, but the office staff is inconsistent and rude when ask simple questions or trying to make an appointment/get refills. Specifically the billing department; and when you're told you can pay your balance the next time you come in but get a collections letter not even a week later it begs the question why are the staff giving the wrong information, especially when I was able to pay at that point in time? I have a feeling it was because they were busy and she didn't have time to take my payment at the time. Regardless it's unacceptable.I'm almost at a point where I'm going to find a new PCP because on top of the billing issues it's almost impossible to get an appointment with any provider here, and when you have a simple question or concerns the staff is rude and acts as if the patient is an inconvenience rather than the priority. These issues started when this became a Texas health facility, and frankly they're unacceptable. I've been going to this office for 15 years and I think it's finally time to move on and I would encourage anyone else to avoid this place as well. There are other offices with similar level of care but much more respectful and responsible staff. Again, providers are wonderful, but the staffs lack of professionalism and respect outweighs the patient care given by providers.

Always love my doctor here and the NP are great. However you need to do something about the lab they are not friendly and are always backed up. This hasn't always the case until the last 3 times I've been here. Not sure what the problem is here.

Apparently you can’t hit don’t recommend unless you write a review. My problem wasn’t with the doctor but with the front office. I won’t be going back.

So I sent a message to Dr Acker and asked if he would prescribe HCQ for a Covid case if requested. He told me there wasn't much information that showed it was a proven treatment. I told him there was a lot of evidence and it seemed to me that not having that option was a violation of medical ethics. Two weeks later I got a note they were terminating my family's care. Now I'm anxious to find another doctor because I want all treatments on the table should my family have a problem (we've already had COVID and never went to the doctor) but to be kicked out of care because I inquired about treatment shows what kind of clinic this is.

I want to be clear, the care I receive here is phenomenal. The reasons for my 3 star review is because every time I'm seen here I bring a brand new N95 mask to wear while I'm here. Upon arriving they require me to replace my N95 with a completely useless paper mask. Even after I explain that my mask is brand new and I just took it out of the plastic wrapper they told me I would not be seen until I switched masks. This only puts me at risk and has no scientific basis. Rather annoying that a doctor's office would ask their patients to be less protected/safe while coming to see the doctor.

Blanca and Dr. W.A are the best they care about patients very knowledgeable and wait is never crazy, scheduling up front most of changed come off rude and phones never pick up anymore. They really need to look into the scheduling employees saw the other reviews and saw the same thing this year, probably about time to look into that. Used to not be like this when practice was called harbor heights family

Paid just under $500 for my 2 kids to be seen for strep. Apparently there’s a new patient fee as well ( I was never told this and my husband never got charged for one 2 weeks earlier and was seen by an MD not a NP!) The staff are really nice but sorry we will not be back.After already paying a fortune I just got another $53 fee in the mail on top of the ridiculous charges already paid! Apparently I didn’t pay enough already!! We will NEVER BE BACK!

I would give no stars if possible! Stay away from this place. I was charged when I went in and received no service! Did not even see a real doctor and the Physicians assistant said they could not help me and do any test because it was too late that day and everyone had gone home. So they kicked me out. Next thing I know I get a bill and argue with them for 17 months, telling them I was kicked out with no help at all. What do they do? Send me to a collection agency. Go somewhere else these people are not only incompetent, but they will not help you when you are sick. They are greedy and overcharge on everything. And other customers are correct, they are horrible at customer service, never call you back and they are unreachable.

My allergist referred me to Texas Health Family Care in Rockwall and I'm so happy they did! From scheduling my appointment to checking out after, I felt like the staff really cared and went above and beyond to take care of me. Dr. Muns and Raven were so nice, welcoming, and informative in discussing everything with me and answered my questions. They are also up to date and offer the patient portal technology so you don't have tons of paperwork to deal with and it helps take away the stress of going to a new doctor and trying to complete new patient forms. I'm very happy with the care they provided and happy to be a patient there now!
