Always love my doctor here and the NP are great. However you need to do something about the lab they are not friendly and are always backed up. This hasn't always the case until the last 3 times I've been here. Not sure what the problem is here.

Terrible customer service and call backs are the worst, taking days for call backs! They are too busy to return phone calls or they never return phone calls in a timely manner and the front desk clerk she is very rude!
