Team Concept is an awesome Rehabilitation facility. I have been a patient here twice in the last year. Once for rehab of knee surgery and once for rehab of a Hip Replacement. The Staff and Physical Therapists here are outstanding, courteous, friendly and professional. Roger Thorne, always friendly, courteous and knowledgeable in getting good results from the therapy. Assistant Skylar also very good to work with. Highly recommend this place! 5 Stars! B. Davis

The women at the front desk at the time of this writing were less than friendly lol… and got a couple appointments wrong. But even that won’t stop me from giving this place 5 stars…. And that’s because of Roger. He was absolutely amazing after my shoulder surgery…. So nice, so knowledgeable. Amazing guy. And so professional too. I even heard him get a little stern with a woman at one point because he didn’t feel like she was trying enough, so he was pushing her… anyone else wouldn’t have given a damn and just collected a payment. If I have a surgery again and need rehab… I hope he’s still there.

in 2015 my husband used team concepts to do physical therapy on his right shoulder. roger had him on a 3x a week schedule...in 8 weeks his surgeon was amazed that he had fully recovered from the surgery. in 2022,he had rotator cuff surgery on his left shoulder...so back team concept he went! with each visit, he improved. if you're looking for quality therapy, look no further. let roger and skyler improve your life!

Great First Day! I felt supported by all of the staff in my recovery. Especially Bettany. I had a Total Left Knee Replacement done on 9/20/21. Coming from another State, I was concerned for my additional treatment needed. Now, my mind and body are in great hands. My insurance through my job is Aetna. Thanks again, Therese

Alyssa was terrific from the very first meeting. She put me at ease and seemed to understand what I was saying and helped and encouraged me. She helped me to deal with a problem I�d had for years but didn�t think there was a non- pharmaceutical treatment. Your facility is a Godsend and I�ll be recommending you and Alyssa to anyone I encounter who can benefit from your services.

The staff at Team concept is far beyond amazing. PT Alyssa has helped me not only physically but mentally. When the medication professional you are working with takes extra time to research other things to do to further your care. This pt bring an exceptional amount of care that can't be taught.Thank you

Fantastic experience! My orthopedic surgeon only recommended ONE place for therapy - Team Concept. I was positively welcomed and encouraged at EVERY visit. The professionalism and kindness of Bethany is unsurpassed. The friendliness of Roger and Alyssa create a great atmosphere. The office staff work well with each individual. If I need therapy in the future, this is the ONE place I will return to. Thank you!

All of the staff at Team Concept are friendly and supportive. I found that folks of ALL ages were rehabilitating and getting stronger. I truly appreciated the focus on my knee to function as I wished it to following surgery. I feel that I regained range of motion, strength, and flexibity to be confident that my knee will accomplish what my mind can imagine!

I worked with Bethany Mailey and her professionalism and evaluation were "spot on." I was most impressed by not only her abilities but the manner in which she approached her profession with skill and a pleasant personality. After my upcoming surgeries I certainly plan to use her and this clinic for the therapy required. Rating only allowed for a score of 5 but I would have assigned the maximum score possible, if that were a possibility.

Everyone in the building is always happy, that’s what made my rehab enjoyable. You cannot find better people, Roger is amazing and I would highly recommend rehabbing at Team Concept.

Bethany and roger are amazing they make sure we are ok and know what we need to do to get better they are so sweet and caring I always have a positive vibe walking in there I am never changeing where I go to therapy I am always going to go to team concept
