This truck stop has not have a working laundromat for the past 6 months and now it the hot water heater for the showers has been down for the past month come on TA we depend on you out here I am here every weekend having to spend on Uber to shower at the loves because of this situation

Typical old, dingy, rundown TA. The showers look outdated and dirty, no hot water on 10/13/24, shower was chilly willy. All of the washers are out of service, and only one dryer is working. So if you need something dried, you’re good to go.
Two stars for staff being nice and friendly. Especially considering the sort of dump they have to work in, I feel for them.

Wanted a shower and got a cold sprinkle. The water never got hot!! I paid to be cold and the water pressure is so low you have to stand a while just to get wet. I'll try elsewhere next time. And ALL THE WASHERS WERE OUT OF ORDER.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this location, particularly with two employees, Kaileen and Diane (if those are their real names, as they refused to confirm their identities). Both were extremely unprofessional and unhelpful, and when I asked for a contact number or a manager’s name to escalate the issue, they refused. It’s appalling to encounter such a lack of accountability and disrespect. I strongly discourage anyone from visiting this station and hope co-operate gets involved because the Manager on Duty was absolutely no Help either!

So parked here last night under the impression that my vehicle would be fine considering the reviews mentioned security and i paid 25$ to park in a reserved spot long story short my tanks were nearly emptied and not a single camera even covered the parking lot all for truckers being real people I would not ever recommend parking here especially as an owner opp

I always always always brag to other truckers about TA, mostly because they always have more than enough laundry machines (both washer and dryer) and that they're functional. Even when everything else is falling apart we truckers can still have clean socks and undies... that is untill today. Today, August 18th, 2024, at 1500 hours TA let me down. Every single one of their 12 laundry machines are out of order. EVERY. SINGLE. ONE.
Please fix these machines and if you can't or won't do it yourself please find someone who will. It's bad buissness to have these machines available but not in working condition.

Horrible. Can't enforce the reserve spots unless on certain days. You'll get your refund but make sure you get your full refund and they don't stiff you a couple cents. If you're a later in the day type of driver, don't even waste your time reserving a spot, even make a spots get out of hand.
Don't offer reserve parking if you can't enforce it.

The worst ta shower experience I've ever had. I think they barely cleaned it. Trash was not emptied. 2 washcloths and 1 towel. TA's always give 2 towels, a hand towel, washcloth and floor towel. Either this one is cutting back for hard times, or the attendant needs retrained.
