I have shopped at staples for 40 years and have never had a problem until I called and asked about bringing in my printer for repair. They told me they no longer repaired the printers that they sold. I couldn’t believe it. I felt lost ?. Where am I supposed to get it worked on, I asked? The associate responded, “I don’t know. ?

I would like to say the manager of the Rockwall Staples is phenomenal. I had been working with the printing company for my small business and the local area started having issues after not placing an order for a while. I went into Staples and needed a brush order and she was amazing. Going forward all of my business with Staples.

I don’t usually find time to leave reviews, but I recently had to get a whole bunch of documents printed for my Bible and when I went in to pick up the prints, I was greeted by the nicest and most joy-filled worker in the print section. Her name tag said “V” and I just want to say it was the most pleasant experience I have ever had with someone who works in customer service. V was so genuine in making sure my prints came out perfect and she even offered to cut my prints to size without me even asking! She cared as if they were her own prints. Highly recommend the printing service at this Staples, and V deserves a raise. It was such a refreshing experience!

Great customer service provided from Amazon return, Staples online pick up and in-store shopping and interaction with store manager for gaming chair selection. Wow, I would gladly return to this store and encourage others to shop at Staples Rockwall. Kudos!!!

Whoever is running their website needs to update the times. On Google it says they open at 10 on Sunday, the sign on the door says 11. Great management!! ?

Everyone there was friendly, helped me find what i needed, and i got a printer and some school supplies for an awesome price. Also, the app has a tone of money savers that the team told me about, which is greatly appreciated because they didn’t have to. Thank you Robert, Crystal, and everyone else there!

Showed up to store 50 minutes before closing and after waiting in line for 10 minutes guy in print shop says he cannot print what I need (9 pages oversized nothing special) but to come back in the morning and MAYBE someone can help me then. Then as I was leaving guy at counter was rude about me leaving out of the wrong door which is really the same door but just after you walk around the 40 ft of counter. Drove to Office max, got there with 25 minutes until closing at this point and had my print in 10 minutes.

Don't bother making an appointment for TSA precheck or any passport services. If you have an appointment but people randomly showed up in front of you, you still have to wait.

The store is fine. About what your expect. The lady at the front checkout is very friendly. 2nd time I've been there recently and she's been very pleasant both times. I wish I knew her name.
