I'm only rating based on relative factors in comparison to other car washes.
Pros- 1. Good setup for self-cleaning car interiors after. They have clean microfiber towels and multi-surface cleaner. 2. If your car is still dirty they will let you run it through again. 3. The vacuum setup is convenient, but standard
Cons: 1. Laser accuracy for car clearance could be tighter. My sedan doesn't often get the top half of the side windows very clean. 2. The cleanliness of the rear crevices of the car is dependent on who is prewashing. Some attendants dgaf while other do well. 3. Vacuum upkeep has become lacking to the detriment of the suction power. 4. No apparent full service options for cleaning interiors.
Tldr: 4-star place for being "just a decent automated car wash"

Washed my Traverse on Monday Oct 14th around 10:30 am. Got right in with no wait.
Unfortunately, it was all colorful water and hardly any brush washing at all. Granted my car was really dirty but I still need to wash it again by hand. I think it should have been more brush work than squirting soapy water on with lots of colored lights. Because we know how colored lights make things much cleaner.

BEWARE- Their mechanical equipment damaged my wife’s SUV. I filled out a damage claim the same day. They were quick to do that, but ignored ALL my messages about how to proceed in the claims process. Shady business practices, stay away!

SO thankful for the kind gentleman working this morning 10/6/24) that helped me jumpstart my car. I had my two babies with me and was a little flustered but he was so kind and helpful. We always see him working there smiling and waving at people. He really deserves some recognition for going above and beyond. I’m sorry I did not get his name.

Clean place to get your cash washed! Came on a Sunday and it was not busy at all. Staff was very friendly. Great local car wash!
