If you’re looking for a trusted repair shop in Rockwall, I highly recommend them. I had my high mileage SUV serviced recently. It’s nearing 300,000 miles and it runs like new again. Thank you, Special D Auto.

Dwayne is amongst the more hard-working honest people that I know. Trust is a valuable thing and it is often hard to come by in automotive shops. I have trusted Dwayne with my vehicles for several years and will continue doing so. He is frequently able to take care of my vehicle's problem within short order, even when their shop is very busy. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend. Super friendly people, reasonable prices and quick repairs!A different shop had quoted a price 3x higher and a time of repair twice as long. I went to get engine mounts replaced, and since it was more affordable than expected, I was also able to get my a/c serviced and car inspected!Needless to say, I will definitely take my car there for any repairs in the futureServices: General repairs & maintenance

Do not take your car to this place. I don't understand how this place has over 4 stars reviews. I called ahead to ask if I can bring the car in and they say yes, never was I informed how long is going to take to check the car. Next day I took the car in around 11am and informed the guy what issues need to be checked, he never told me again how long is goin to take to check it. He never called me back that day, I called back at 5PM and he informed me that they are busy and it may be a while before they look at it, I asked if he believes they can look it next day, he said they will try. I left it there overnight, next day I got no call all day, called again after 5PM and he said they checked the car but couldn't find anything wrong with it. I explained again what the symptoms were and he told me that they looked at something else and they will check it again and call me back. Didn't receive a call back that day or next day and at 11am I went back to the shop to get the car. They drove the car 8 miles to "test it" and told me that's normal. Man, that is a long run to drive test it and find nothing wrong with it, very strange. I get that they are busy but they need to keep the customer informed. So, we left the car there for 2 full days and we got nowhere. I advise you to avoid this place at all costs.
