I have been seen here for 10 years now and wouldn't want to go anywhere else. I truly appreciate Dr. Jackson's willingness to actually listen to my concerns and to work with me as a teammate to find solutions for my health issues. He did not just write me a prescription and send me out the door, and that is so important to me when it comes to my well-being. I have seen every provider at some point and they have been, without exception, kind and caring and knowledgeable.

I had my appointment today with Katy Wood and wow! She was so amazing to me. So kind, answered all my questions / concerns. Never felt rushed. I left feeling so at ease about my situation. The front office was able to get me in same day - which I am soooo thankful for. Ending the appointment with Angela at check out was the cherry on top - so sweet and so easy to talk to. Feeling so thankful for these wonderful women today!

Terrible experience with their front desk girl (Victoria) when trying to book an appointment for myself and my husband Victoria was extremely rude. She refused to help with a couple of simple questions and kept repeating in an obnoxious tone “Do you want to make an appointment?” When I asked her why she was raising her voice with me and please, stop yelling in my ear she hung up on me. The call was all of 3 minutes. She told me our insurance would not cover a specific medication and other false information about the treatment I was inquiring about. I called our insurance directly and they do in fact cover the treatment and medication. I called a second time to ask for Mrs. Sparks or Amy Lou to call me, Victotia was even more obnoxious talking over me and threatening to hang up on me and then did. Victoria should learn her job or a least ask a knowledgable staff member to help her when she is stumped instead of giving out false information and disrespecting their patients. We have made appointments with another Rockwall Doctor and his front desk staff was very professional and helpful. I really hated to write this review but, someone with some authority at the clinic needs to know this is not acceptable.

Has been VERY poorly managed since Dr Sparks passing. Rude and disrespectful people. 25 years of being a patient. Finding a new dr.

All of the staff were very helpful! They helped my mom with translating and that’s very comforting to know!!! Sonia and Diana are the best :)

Went for an FAA 1st Class medical. Had an EKG done and Doctor would not pass me due to the ekg. After 5 days of total stress, losing work and sick days, spending money on a cardiologist; it all came down as a misplaced electrode. NEVER go there if your career depends on it. Learned my lesson.

It was a very sad day when we all last Bob Sparks. You can tell by the way things or running since he is no longer around. Every time you go in, there are different people in the front office & some in the back. "WHY"? I have been seeing Bob for 20+ years when he passed & I stayed there, only because of Donna Bradley. Michael Jackson is a total idiot. He is always wanting to run more testing because he doesn't know nothing, even when it's in your record. I tried him one time, that's all I needed to know. I just change insurance to BlueCross & BlueShield. The ladies in the office told me they don't take this insurance because they don't pay their clams. Before I change over, I ask one of the ladies in the office about it & they said it was a good insurance company & they do use them. I believe because now I don't have a copay with BlueCross they won't take it.
I don't know what's going on there but today was my last day.

Dr Sparks was wonderful I hate when he passed away sad times for a lot of people. Dr Donna has stepped up and filled some big shoes. Dr Donna is wonderful always makes you feel welcome and does not judge you. My whole family goes here And will continue forever. Very honest and positive doctors office. And if your cash pay they are very fair and will work with you.

No, I do not recommend unless you need a band aid or an aspirin and even then their providers (another name for a nurse ) or their Physician assistant (another name for glorified nurse ) both lack experience . Oh, they are board certified, but in experience? well,, in time, ? and your money / your health? providing them with people they can guess what's wrong , possibly, they can learn but who is to say they will or can learn. anyway you will pay for their learning experience Dr. Jackson and the late Dr. Sparks were excellent physicians however I and my family cannot see Dr. Jackson when calling for an appointment. so if you want an experienced physician, look elsewhere I and my family and insurance will be looking for another Doctor. After 11years at this facility which is not an easy task however why continue to throw good money my health and time to people who consider you as a number

I can’t say enough. I’m a younger female that lives in rockwall 15 years now. I’ve been using sparks for years now and today topped it off. I walked in having a mild panic attack and they met me at the door and showed me so much compassion and empathy. The vibe of nurses and MA is pretty cool to watch. They all get along and work together!!!! I will always support this clinic and tell all my friends & family. ❤️
