Zachary Rusk was a phenomenal sales associate. He coordinated my deal so I could drive in 3 hours to purchase the vehicle. He was respectful and straightforward. I felt like he was on my side and we were working together. It was a refreshing car buying experience. I would definitely request “Tall Zach” if you are looking to purchase.

Great buying experience. Jonathan, my salesman, was fantastic! I was traveling to make the purchase so we completed most things via email, sent me a live video, and picked us up at the airport. The service and buying experience was great. I cant say enough about their hospitality. The vehicle was even better than I was expecting!

If you're ever here ask for Marcus Taylor, literally the most laid back, down to earth guy I've ever met. He made the whole process go by so smooth and I didn't feel pressured at all in making a decision, this was my first ever car purchase and I couldn't be happier with what I left with.

Just picked up my Hybrid Kia Sportage! I’ve been wanting this vehicle for a long time, I ordered it months ago from my local dealership, but they still haven’t given me an estimate on arrival. So when I saw one pop up in Rockwall, I called right away. The car was not on the lot yet, but scheduled to arrive soon. Ethan was professional, prompt, and lovely to work with. He was able to match my offer from the other dealership on price and my trade in over the phone, and I secured it with a deposit! The car arrived 12 days early and Ethan called right away, got it ready, and we drove up to see it the next day. He was very knowledgeable and excited about the car, and made the experience very enjoyable. We arrived, test drove, handed over the trade-in, setup the new car, paid cash, and left all in just under two hours! No surprise expenses! We were offered several extended warranties, and we accepted one, but otherwise paid exactly what was agreed to over the phone. They put a full tank of gas in the car and had it perfectly clean and ready to go! I never go into a car dealership expecting a smooth ride, but this experience was seamless!

Will never go back here due to poor mgmt and service. My 2020 Telluride had some issues with CV joint and after going through all kinds of hassle to get an appt for this, I waited an hour then they came out and said they were sorry that is was not covered like originally agreed to. At 50k+ miles and 2 years old it should have been covered. They tried getting out of a faulty windshield in first 6 months as well. I bought my 2022 Telluride at Moritz FW and only charged MSRP and no markup. Much better service and mgmt there.

Took my car in for a free "recall" repair". Ended up paying almost $900 for things that we were working fine when I dropped it off. Way too many issues to list here, but my advice is to run the other way! They will damage your car while they have it, then charge you to fix it. Maybe that's why they have to keep it for two weeks on a one day repair. Terrible customer service. Management doesn't care, and can spare me the fake yelp response from the owner.

After talking back and forth with my salesman Zack via text and phone I gave him one final offer on a deal we were working and let him know I would block him from calling (this was after many calls received) or text if they couldn't or wouldn't except my offer. He spoke to the sales manager Richard, and told me he said to come on in. They agreed to my offer. When I arrived at the dealership they gave me to another salesman that was nice but had concerns over the deal. We called Richard the sales manager over to confirm and he did. The salesman wrote up the deal and took it to the general manager for approval and was told they wouldn't honour it. I told the GM that my salesman had been told the deal was already approved by Richard and I had drove 45 minutes in traffic only for them to do a BAIT AND SWITCH. Buyer BEWARE . . . they won't stand behind their WORD.

If I could leave negative stars I would. This dealership including the manager Richard Adams, was a nightmare to deal with. We were ready to buy a palisade with approval from our bank, however they decided to drag their feet with getting the paperwork we needed in time to get the check from the bank. They were well aware of our time line and decided to help other customers instead when trying to contact them. We had put a deposit down on the vehicle they rudely stated we would not get back. My advice, please don't waste your time at this dealership as they only care about getting your money and are the pushiest salesman I have ever dealt with. My only regret is not listening to the other negative customer reviews before I wasted my time with them.

My salesperson Marco Romo did an amazing job! He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and overall great! I am very happy with my purchase. I will recommend anyone to Southwest Kia of Rockwall.

We came in to buy my daughter her first car. From the beginning the customer service that was provided was amazing. Richard was in constant communication with me over the weekend and setup the appointment for us with Zach. Zach was very knowledgeable about the car and insurance benefits. He worked to get us a great deal. Chris explained the financing and was very personable. I would highly recommend them for your car needs.

My review is purely for the service department. The sales team could be amazing, I don't know. I dropped my car off on 7/31 for an appointment on 8/1. Near the end of the day on 8/1 I called to see what they'd found with the two issues I was having. Nathan (the service tech assigned to my car) didn't know anything about and and asked me if I had an appointment. After he realized I did and back peddled a bit, he said they would look it over but they were very backed up and it would be 7-10 days and that I would get updates along the way. On day 11 I sent a text asking for an update after calling multiple times and no one answered the phone and no text message updates. He said that they hadn't looked at it and that it was discussed that they were behind. Fine, but I did need it the following week. He basically said that wasn't going to happen. There's a whole lot of lying that happened in the following weeks. Saying they had parts on order when they didn't and saying they were working on it, but not giving any clear descriptions of what had been done. Nathan would greet information from me, then tell my husband that he didn't know that. Like that my car was in warranty. I told him it was in warranty and that i had bought the extended warranty on the first phone call. At the one month mark my husband had to go in and speak to the service manager, Brad. Keep in mind I still don't have a vehicle. Brad finally set a few things straight. They didn't have parts in order for the sunroof and the transmission issue was just an update that needed to be done. After that visit I got the very first email update asking for permission to diagnose and order parts. Even though I had given verbal permission weeks ago! Nathan called saying parts would be in on the following Tuesday and that they would get them installed asap. Brad texted the next day saying they would likely get parts installed by the end of the week. After 5 weeks they offered a rental car for 5 days. Generous, I know. Finally after 6.5 weeks they said my car was finished! We drove over and paid. They pulled my car up and there was a big chunk of paint missing on the front passenger side. I was not nice, I'll admit it. Nathan tried gaslighting me. He said it was like that in the video I took when we got it. I told him it was not. He went inside to presumably find that video and, not surprisingly, never came back. I'm sure they have a ton of cameras and they probably knew what happened to my car. There was more damage that i didn't notice at first, but we'll get to that in a minute. Brad said they would get it painted. I'll be honest, I didn't want them to. They obviously can't be trusted, but I didn't think they would pay to to have someone else fix it. They had me bring it in the next week and repainted it in about an hour. I don't paint vehicles for a living so I could be wrong, but I can't imagine you can go quality prep work and paint in that time frame. Now final thoughts. You can see where the paint was missing. I didn't see it at first, but on the same side there are two shallow dents in the hood and there are scratches on the hood that definitely were not there before. I haven't taken it to a car wash because I'm afraid the paint is going to come off. All this to say that there can't possibly be a worse kia service department.

My mother in law traded in her car at this dealership and I wanted to buy it. Ended up buying it site unseen due to me knowing the cars history and the dealership saying they fixed all of the issues. Well i got the vehicle and they only fixed two of the major things, the driver seat motor and the linkage to put the car in gear. Before i pulled out of the lot, i brought a broken set of buttons (that was on the stearing wheel) to my sales persons attention. The mirror broke and fell out as soon as I pulled off of the lot. This dealership is refusing to fix all of the issues, besides the volume control button, that should have been fixed as I was told by the first sales person i dealt with (Yes, i had to deal with 2 sales people due to the first person lacking communication skills and failing to call me back). While talking procing with the first sales person, he stated that there was no wiggle room on the pricing due to them reconditioning and fixing the vehicle. The only reason i still purchased the vehicle is because the vehicle was great mechanically. Otherwise, I would have ran for the hills. While looking at the engine bay with my father-in-law, we discovered that the dealership did not put together the air intake and the air filter box correctly. We observed that there were screws that were just sitting by the windshield wiper blade motor. The heat shield was taken off near the turbo as well and not re-installed. I took the vehicle to get the alignment checked and it was out of wack. The front atrut assembly needs to be replaced along with the back right adjustable tie rod. The dealership refuses to fix these issues on the vehicle because the sales person I originally dealt with did not “Wite it on a we owe sheet.”My suggestion is to avoid this dealership like its the plague and find a different one.
